AA RPA makes automatic processes fun and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the most with AA is how easy and user-friendly the RPA tool is. It is straightforward, readable, and easy to understand. The cloud version, A2019, is easy to deploy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like regarding the AA is how many resources and storage space it can take, and some networks have a hard time connecting in A2019. I also wish it could handle somewhat complex tasks, but it is understandable if that will be out of scope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minor but clerical tasks, like sending emails, creating a CSV file, or any documental job the requires filling up the same information for the following few pages.
As name says you can automate any taks anywhere you want.
What do you like best about the product?
Bots creation in this tool is very easy, just drag and drop the action items to create it. Export and import bots in any system support almost all versions of OS in my office. Now my main task become very easy with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can reduce the minimum hardware requirements so that we can also utilize this in our old systems. Where we don't need to procure new systems particularly for this RPA tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting training from the AA team on new updates and implementing them in our office. Best supporting team available. Configuring bots in local users systems and fixing any issues.
User friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
GUI of controlroom is very good. And moment on cloud of AA360 is very nice and good to explore on the new type of commands and application that we are able to work around using AA360.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we are performing excel as database connection, when the data in the excel is exceeding the value, it throwing the error and we are not able to proceed further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated day-to-day structured base processes in many domains like insurance, logistics, FMCG, and telecom. And we are getting outstanding accuracy by automating the processes in these domains.

The problems are Run Excel Macro action is not working and mentioned that it is in place in the latest upgrade v.22

The most complete and simple to use RPA tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Features, simplicity to use. Automation Anywhere allows you to perform many tasks very quickly. I use Python, database and several other tools with Automation Anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has some issues when used, requiring a software restart every now and then. Automation Anywhere could be faster to load tasks, making the tool even faster to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automating business processes, human resources, supplier payments and more. I got financial benefits, time savings and much more. I have also had strategic benefits for the company with Automation Anywhere.

Look for specialization in the tool, taking the courses offered by Automation Anywhere itself
Completely remove all your dependency work with AA
What do you like best about the product?
Before we implement this tool. We were facing many issues like on-time project completion. Now, this tool helped us to remove all dependency work. I have configured this tool for daily routine tasks like monitoring packages.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very helpful tool for us. Till now I didn't face any issues. No dislike about this AA for now. Sometimes users are not getting notifications on time that's is only issue for now.

Configuring Bots in user's systems. Training to all users on bot trigger. Rectifying user's issues. working with AA team to get training on new updates and implement in our office premises.

What do you like best about the product?
The only Indian product which we can rely on. Cloud helps us to make solution flexible and easy to deploy in any environment. Supports code languages makes this tool much wider and easy to interact with external applications. Platform is fast to deploy and provide accurate results and help in providing great outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback of Automation Anywhere is limited supports to Citrix applications and error handler mechanism. If we compared with another similar tools in the market, AA lags behind due to its weak error handling and limitation towards some external supports like Citrix, API executions etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems which are mainly dedicated to resources working continuously for the similiar tasks throughout a day, has been resolved with AA and helps in increased productivity, costs effective,less error prone. Mathematics Calculations and solutions required a huge time to solve everytime has been minimised in time saving using AA.

It is very cost effective and easy to use and has great functionality towards business scenarios. Thus, It is recommended to use.

It is a user friendly tool. The commands are very easy and it can be understood by anyone who doesn't know programming or have basic skills in programming.it is compatible for any device

I donot find any flaws but sometimes I face issues like the control room cannot be accessed. I donot know the reason.

I am practicing how to use RPA with AA in solving problems related to data entry in sites, new user registration, form data extraction. It proves that AA can save time and money for its users.
