A great tool to create Robots, Easy to setup and Integrate
Great smart recorder functionalities and cost-effective

The interface is not user friendly
Some features are very complicated to understand
few applications take more time to load

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access in creating Automatic workflows. The screen recording feature for Web windows and application works like a charm. Drag and drop features ensure that business users from non-coding backgrounds can create impressive workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the projects end in error, then the complete error information is not available to users to understand the root issue. With better error handling users can get easier RCA for failed scenarios
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have successfully used RPA in the following business cases:
1) Analyzing the survey results (hosted on qualtrics) that were shared with our clients and the RPA platform was used to automate the analysis of their responses and creation of user specific excel report
2) Automation of data messaging of a large weekly excel file based on pre configured business rules. Was able to load the end results into the MS power bi platform to create and update dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
We used AA to automatically detect risks in our incident management tool. Using AA made the incident identification process a lot easier as prior to using the tool, the team used to manually identify and report incidents in our incident management tool. However, using the AA tool made the process much accurate as all the details that are necessary and relevant regarding an incident that has occurred were automatically updated in our incident management tool. So without fear, I can confirm that AA saves your time and is very reliable in using as it's a bug-free product and eliminated half of the manual defects that we make in reporting incidents. The tool is very easy to use and very user-friendly; even a beginner to this Robotic Automation Process industry could easily set up all the necessary groundwork. We mainly use web recording options to set up the tool and considering the quality of the product it is to be used in many departments in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email notifications are slow and have missed to get them on time. I guess it's a common cause around this and to be checked manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, the lengthy processes that the company manually used to do. For example, identification of incidents in our system and reporting them to our incident management tool. Using Automation Anywhere made it much easier to automatically detect the incidents and to report them to our incident management tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend it to other companies who would like to automate their manual processes in order to save time and to make the process effective.

What do you like best about the product?
IQ Bot feature which was used to identify errors beforehand and provide mitigation for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and installation of AA on system is a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using RPA to automate regression testing of client Oracle Cloud ERP system.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Close to work on coding part and IQ BOT is best solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
A2019 Free Cloud version - Front end screen is not happy as we worked in v11 client screen. can you bring as like in this solution

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has many customizable options, which help to cover a variety of daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, as I found the tool a bit difficult to pick up and understand. The learning takes a bit of time, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes quite intuitive from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly we are picking up routine, mindless tasks and automating them. This has already resulted in hours of savings, which directly translates into cost benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Roll out more videos and documentation regarding particular use cases of the tool. Also make the tool a bit more attractive.

Control Room features, Screen Process Recording feature (capturing operation), Bot insight dashboard, Scheduler triggers
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot Invocation failures result in unsuccessful scheduler triggering, also screenshot feature for error capture sometimes does not work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate extensive handling time processes and release FTEs as part of the solution design. Realize benefits worth upwards of 20k USD per month.

What do you like best about the product?
Handling risks in the company should be done from time to time. Only then we will be able to protect our data/network from threats. I am mainly using this AA RPA tool for working Risk Assessment. Before users use to send an email manually for any incident and based on the priority I use to monitor and send emails to the management for any modification/approval. Since this was an additional task for me it was taking time to inform management and take approval and risk was not closing on time. So our team decided to make this process automation. Hence we decided to purchase AA and it headed to the right decision. Using this tool we have made this process automation by creating a few online forms. Now, the user will directly submit their incident on our incident tool, and based on priority this tool sends emails to management to take approval. Now all risks are closing on time which is very important for all companies. We created this bot very easily using the web recording option. We are using this RPA tool in many departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users are not getting email notifications on time. We need to check manually and fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running bots daily to refresh our data. Reporting to management on the process. Creating new bots and exploring AA.
