What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most user-friendly automation tools available in the market. The automation anywhere community is helpful in solving our doubts. The available use cases helped us get an idea of where we can implement this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to invest time to learn how everything functions and also If you are a beginner a full training is a must to make the best use of Automation Anywhere. The Enterprise version is costly and may not be suitable for medium size organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our marketing department, we automated certain workflows that helped us save our sales team time and made them focus more on getting more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I can complete my multiple tasks in just one trigger. In our IT department, I am mainly using this tool for ticket assigning to engineers to work on it. Before we use to do it manually where ticket assigning was taking more time and less time to complete tasks. Now, after automating this task each user getting a notification immediately where they are getting more time to fix the issue. And also now we can performance improvement of users. This RPA tool not only helps make our tasks automate but also automatically makes all our work easier. Since I am getting status notifications on time, I can spend my time on other works. Management is also very happy with our IT dept performance now. The support team is also very interactive, if any issue they will help us to rectify issues immediately. Thanks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Till today I didn't face any major issues with this tool. This tool has almost all the features required for us. There is no dislike about this tool. Best support and training team available. If any issue they will rectify it immediately.

Working with the RPA team to get issues rectified. New account creation. Training schedule for new users.

Highly recommended RPA tool. Nowadays having this type of RPA is very useful for us. They are providing training, a free trial where you can try this RPA tool before you buy.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of new features / functionalities that come directly from UiPath based on the new changes that are prevalent in the market, it has a great study designed for developers to create an amazing community, it is a great automation software that has improved greatly my way of working, it also provides a recording function to automate the process and easy. It has very good flexible licensing options, which is another added bonus. The community forum is the best, and out-of-the-box solutions are always available for issues, which is always an added bonus for any technology platform, making us scale business solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, and I don't see any flaws, just slowness issues, but it doesn't bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate the web application without any problem, the wide range of exceptions provided in the tool makes the bot even more stable and reliable, we can also easily automate large business processes, give more control over-complicated and repetitive tasks, and easily complete a task.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fantastic; it can do all the repetitive tasks that are a big hassle and always result in errors, it is well documented with the use of its various activities, package, and workflow, it has a vast set of activities created by them and also by the community. It allows development teams to create their own activities, provides a framework that drives the development cycle. Process workflow works seamlessly once built with stable selectors and elements.

We only had implementation issues at first; then, we only noticed a few bugs with the integration of other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When testing this tool, our team was impressed with the benefits, and instead of sending mail, AA is used to automate ticketing.

Creating the bots are quite easy, it didn't take a lot of time to under the fuctions. Quite helpful for beginners. A minimal programming language knowledge is also appreciated here.

The maturity of the product has come a long way from where it started. My team implements limitless automation using Automation Anywhere.

Document processing isn't that matured in the product yet. The product need to scale more on the handwritten data extraction

Any mundane, repetitive IT driven process can be solved with RPA. Quick benefits are error reduction and time saving

What I liked the most was the ease of learning that the platform offers, such as videos and questions to answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like was the very high cost to obtain a certification, even being a professional. If you fail the exam twice, it becomes complicated due to the cost, as we live in Brazil and 50 dollars is a very high price for someone living in Brazil or neighboring countries like Argentina, etc. They could increase the number of chances for the exam to obtain the certification! Because only 2 attempts is very little!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RPA can help solve a gigantic series of problems that companies have been facing lately, such as cost reduction and things that end up being a waste of the company's money!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is a great tool for process automation and bots. I intend to obtain all the certifications in the area, starting with the advanced one, for which I am about to take the exam again! There are only the cons I found along the way, such as the messy amount of certifications piled on top of each other, which makes it difficult to locate the tracks and certifications on the portal. But other than that, I highly recommend it. They just need to improve in the future regarding the very high prices for any certification, whether it's the entry-level at 50 dollars or the master at 100 dollars. For a country like Brazil, this ends up being a very expensive amount. I would like to congratulate the creators of the tool Automation Anywhere!
