What do you dislike about the product?
I really miss the record and Play feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data migration and data verification across systems in different environments.
Automated major manual processes related to the ordering process and email automation.
ETL at some cases of moving data from one source to another with validation or certain manipulations based on rules and different layers of data migration..
Automating the Salesforce data to the Client proprietary tool.
Excel automation for integrating test results data with the comparative system data and populate the results.
Desktop automation with images compare features but it was difficult to maintain images of all the fields and validate but we were able to achieve most of the major cases.
We have also explored the features to integrate python with OCR instead of the AA inbuilt feature as we have a developed solution in python.

Instead, go on recommendations, I would request to do a study analysis with the trial support provided by the AA.
In case you have the budget and for larger process automation I would recommend AA over the UI path.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. How someone can automate an entire process with very little knowledge on programming
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Even though its competitive on terms of other major players, currently there is a lot of development in RPA where new players such as Microsoft offers it much cheaper even though their solution is not very comprehensive yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating banking processes. Benefits in terms of coping with manpower shortages in several departments

What do you like best about the product?
AA works with AI technology. IQ bot works seamlessly for us. Mainly we are using this for invoicing purposes. Timesheets data should collect from our internal database, compare with actual hours and produce invoice based on hours captured and send it to the client manager for approval then sent them to the account team for the payment process. Before we use to face many issues on this process, but now after implementing this RPA tool, this workflow is fully automated and completing seamlessly without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bots will stop working due to some internal issues, but they won't run automatically, that time human dependency is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits realized with this tool are many. Mainly it will make us work happily and effectively. Creating new bots based on workflow defined by the department.

If you are looking for any RPA tool, this is the best solution for you.

All code stored in Cloud and Environment managed inside the cloud is one of major feature which I liked.

Few actions have limitations. Example: If a write custom action and deploy into the tool which will allow only one output parameter that too with specific data types.

As a workaround which are not supported i had to write custom code and deploy as action

I have done the automation for health service domain process and it's good tool to automate the reptativew task.
Its great and the UI is very friendly to use.

They're regular updates and support every now and then.

The reusibility of the bots, that resists the developed files to share with others.

Web scraping and writing the data on spreadsheets helping the organization to complete tasks of 300 employee by 10 bots. This reduces the workforce and saves time and money of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to learn without programming or development knowledge, it's good for automating processes and also how easy it is to write a script, as well as integration with other applications, and it offers courses and tutorials to get you started. It really is the RPA that provides the best features in its class. I like its ready-to-use functionalities and a wide range of activities to support each of the automation using robots, and being able to integrate with commercial applications is excellent.

I am automating, but the biggest problems I encountered will be solved with the latest version. Process automation has been very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really has been good and solved our boring and repetitive homework problems. It is a great tool that has many automation capabilities. I use it almost every day, and it has been excellent all the ins and outs of the tool to its fullest potential; this really helps is amazing.

Do not hesitate; it is excellent to automate, and I know that you will get used to it because it is not as difficult as it seems.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very profitable and powerful tool with different capabilities to automate background tasks. I like robot management, which is very intuitive, which makes automation easy and saves a lot of time without having to do repetitive tasks over and over again. RPA technology is evolving, and I am excited to be there.

Currently, the Citrix application needs support and its artificial intelligence is limited, and some of its applications cannot be integrated with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far everything is going very well. It is a good product that has been very useful for repetitive work, improving work efficiency and errors have been considerably reduced.

It is an easy product to implement and learn and can be integrated with other third-party applications. So if you have a lot of monotonous tasks, I highly recommend this product.

Nothing as such which we don't like but yes expectation around more feature is in the list.

Doing post-deployment steps after every release were automated via RPA and we managed to save 3 hrs per developer for more than team of 30 developers.
