Its very easy to use and finally there is hope for Anyone to code!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, no more syntax errors. I could finally make more complex changes...resulting in more finely tuned products rather than focusing on where i missed a semicolon!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lesser flexibility. To complete a simple string operation it ciuld get a little complex. However everything, mostly everything is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a finance based company. So mainly banking/data entry problems. The IQ Bot is a real great help there!
Automation Anywhere is a very user friendly tool among all RPA tools.
What do you like best about the product?
IQ bot is the one the best features in Automation Anywhere. Such a accuracy of data can be obtained
What do you dislike about the product?
In A2019 some features are not really good for example PDF extraction does not have much features. As other RPA tool if Automation Anywhere comes up with Framework that would be great.

It is not a platform dependent application, ir-respective of your background you be a expert of it

The screen resolution while object cloning is a mandatory every time, this makes the application tuff to use as we cant have all the machines of same resolution as that used while creating it.

Financial Entries in SAP, benefits like 0 manual error at the time of financial posting in system

Screen recorder and with the newer updates its integration with other applications as well.

Its interface could be improved further to make it more user friendly

- invoice generation for different regions around the world - Reading input from email excel attachment and populate the same in Invoicing application. Download and save invoice. Send completion email with invoice as attachment
- Request creation in Ticketing system - Read input from email body and populate the same in Ticketing system. Submit ticket with email as attachment and send completion email with Application number.

IQ Bot is an amazing features in Automation Anywhere that reduces my efforts.

Well I don't like Desktop application UI, initially I don't found Automation Anywhere desktop app very user-friendly to learn.

We use Automation Anywhere for Document digitization processing and it benefited us by saving out time and effort.

Costing can be reduced a bit compared to its competitors as everyone is becoming cost centric now a days.

It is surely a good tool to have rather than must-have tool; with advancement in IQ Bot and AARI and Discovery Bots, surely the product is going to be the leader in this space which it is already.
Easy to develop and good performing speed, very tested bot it will help to reduce the manpower.

I think they should integrate machine learning while creating a path flow To use it as a human.
