What do you like best about the product?
I've used this RPA tool to download raw data from our HR tool and convert it using the SSIS package and upload it to our client tool. Before all these steps are manual and 2 users are working on it. And we totally depend on them. But now after implementing this RPA tool, all steps are automized and completing it on time without any issues. I faced challenges in data conversion steps because we don't know how to capture this step for this RPA tool. After all, until conversion, we need to wait then and upload. But web recording action made it easy for us to capture these steps. Easy to use and efficient tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always first steps we need to manually trigger, so human dependency also there in any RPA tool. Maybe going forward this has also been removed. We need to wait for it. This is a common issue in any RPA tool. And also it depends on where we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked with AA RPA implementation team to create new bots for all required tasks. Successfully implemented this RPA tool in 3 areas. Wherever we implemented this RPA tool, in that all areas all work are completing on time and it reduced our user dependency.

Highly recommended RPA tool Automation Anywhere. Easy to create bots. Easy to implement. If you are looking for any RPA tool this is the best one.

What do you like best about the product?
Interaction with SAP, Excel, and the ability to integrate languages into daily needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debug in the tool. I usually debug using a message box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate various processes, with SAP, Excel, email sending, logs among others. The tool is quite intuitive and very dynamic, and even those who do not have much experience with automation can use it easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The best RPA tool available in the market compares to other tools. The best tool to implement for our daily routine tasks. We've implemented this in 3 departments. Mainly timesheet comparison with invoice was a challenging task for us. Since it was manual we use to get errors. After implementing this RPA tool all our work become automatic and all tasks completing on time without any issues. Easy to create bots and implement in the user's systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever RPA automation tool we use, we can't use it for a few human tasks that we need to do manually. It fully depends on where you utilize it. For us, there is no any dislike about this software for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly I was working on bots creation as per the department's workflow requirements. Implementing it in the user's system to make work automation. It's easy to understand no any additional skills required for it.

It will reduce all your time, where you can utilize it in other work to improve work efficiency. The best tool available in the market easy and efficient. Few industry standards pre-built template is also very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly RPA tool. Just drag and drop the action and create your bots. GUI is very good and easy to understand. We've implemented this RPA for our client tool data extraction. BY this we almost reduced 6 steps manual user process. Now all are automatic and complete tasks on time without any issues. The one-click email send option is best in this tool. easy to set up email notifications. Downloading and uploading data tasks are very easy to implement with this tool. The control room option is best to manage all bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no any dislike about this software. It all depends on where we use this tool. Always the first action will be a manual trigger.

Creating bots and store them in user systems. Training for new users. Benefits: Once you start using this RPA tool it will automatically increase your work efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of integrating other languages such as javascript, python, VBS, and the use of dll for more specific actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some bugs during use, but they are usually fixed in the following versions. The fact that variable number only accepts an integer and not float. License cost is on a high note. I miss some native activities(Excel)

I use it to create automation on clients, reducing the users' repetitive actions and allowing them to focus on what is important.
A very nice and easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a user of AA v11 and A360, I could see great implementations of one to another. Integration of other languages in A360 was one of the best. Besides, the range of variable types and how to manipulate them was an incredible improvement. The way to organize the code is also better than in the v11 version, we can separate it by steps and this, without a doubt, makes it easier, especially when some kind of maintenance is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to call some function in JS or VBS on A360 is a bit confusing. I have not found any more in-depth explanation as to how to do it. Furthermore, the connection to the database was not very successful either, as it did not have more in-depth explanations in the documentation. I needed to make a connection with DB2 and so far no solution has been given to me, I needed to change the base for not having been successful in other attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of legacy systems. Government websites. Connection to database and spreadsheets as database. API Rest. Citrix environment, SAP, etc. Several projects were implemented with the tool. Bringing greater gain to the customer, both financially and in terms of time. Enabling the best use of your workforce for more logical tasks while the robot performs repetitive ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool per se is good and easy to use. Control Room has some peculiarities. However, with experience in its use, things become easier. What is not very good is the documentation of both versions, as everything is very superficial.

Excel Operations, Drag and drop functionality, Recorder automation (click, setting text, Getting HTML inner text). The overall UI of Automation Anywhere is User friendly, IQ Bot for extracting data from invoice or PO for multiple vendors, Email Automation for Gmail and outlook, PDF Extraction split actions, Work Load Management, Dual flow, Running bots with riggers, Scheduling bots on the unattended runner, Bot Store, Bot insight for analytics purpose, QR code reader for reading data from QR, and QR code generator for generating QR code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder should be more accurate, IQ bot OCR should be more precise, Universal Recorder actions should be added in one by one fashion rather than in a batch mode. Chrome plugin Issue.

Compared to other RPA tools, I found Automation Anywhere the most User-friendly and easy to learn and adapt, the actions that are used are self-explanatory. Being a no-code-low code platform it is easy to use. Regular updates to the platform make it more stable. Automation anywhere community is responsive.
A Tool Best for Document Processing
What do you like best about the product?
The universal recorder is the standout action I found out of all activities in the action palette. Excel operations are as easy as they come with drag-and-drop functionality. String operations come with more than enough auctions compared to other RPA tools. Email Automation comes with a package that does the job quickly. In addition to AARI, Discovery bot, and WLM Automation, Anywhere is a product to be eyed for. Coming to traditional automation, the combination of Excel and web automation makes it very easy. In addition to IQ Bot for invoice processing, the different OCR engines like Abbyy, tesseract, Google vision, and Microsoft makes it one of the best Document processing automation. In the end, I would like to add that having experience in more than one RPA Platform, Automation Anywhere, is the easiest-to-use and easy-to-adapt RPA platform. With the latest addition of the Fortress IQ for Discovery BOT for process discovery it has been made easier to identify a process for automation. Also the addition of Document automation within the control room is added advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes recorder malfunctions, an extension of any browser seems to be not working properly at times even after reinstalling it. Excel operations need a little more addon. Document automation does not allow to pick OCR which is a bummer also most of the times complex documents goes into validation.

Excel Automation, Logistic tracking also using IQ Bot for solving use cases that comes under Invoice processing, used IQ bot for multiple Customer POCs', web Automation, email Automation of Google Mail Client, AARI Bot, Discovery Bot for PDD Document generation, Web Automation for downloading documents from the web portal and saving it locally, used Universal recorder for extraction of web data and populated it into Excel Sheet.
