The recorder is not accurate sometimes, Need to upgrade the bot agent.

The inherent drag and drop process designer which is very similar to Microsoft Visio and other tools give an immense confidence to design processes and run complex rules also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is not very user friendly and needs more refinement in terms of segregation of data and validation in drag and drop fashion. Also, co authoring is still not available as in case of IBM

What do you dislike about the product?
Working on an Excel file is not favorable.
Connectivity to the Machine is not stable for long. The connectivity is interrupted.
Also seen issue while working with chrome as chrome is not completed braced.
As I have not used it for the long term, I cannot figure out many dislikes, and in turn, it has made work easier for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started working on AA six months ago, and I have been doing an R&D. Later, I have also developed test bots. I have worked for the HR and Finance teams automating the redundant work they do every day. I have worked on extracting reports and automating payrolls for the finance teams.
From the initial setup to configurations and analysis, we have done everything by our own and this has help us attain more knowledge and also a command on our system.
I a looking forward to work and explore more on AA and definitely become an expert.

AA has not only made our everyday work trouble-free, but it has also made our work enjoyable and fascinating. I do not have any Monday blues when I think of working on AA.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great software that was easy to understand for my employees and me, development experts and engineers who learned RPA from scratch; it really is a solid tool that helps to build a manual automation process. Its feature is easy to use, and it has many details that contribute to good use. The amazing thing is that it has reduced the manual burden, which has us very happy for the time it meets its objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The funny thing is that I have not had any problem; everything is perfect, it is worth paying for this tool.

We have learned RPA in a significant way; its learning library is well elaborated. So far, it has been used to address business problems and automate tedious processes and tasks; its documentation was practical and simple, and its interface very intuitive with a familiar environment; it has solved our problems.

Even if there are other RPA tools out there, don't look elsewhere; look at this Automation Anywhere tool as the best one to choose. I highly recommend it.
Building robots to perform tasks on their own is amazing how this technology works.

The feature that I like are its integration with third-party application is the most outstanding function in this famous RPA, in general, I like many things its dark and clear interface in rom control, the construction of the bot and especially its way to automate, also support as it helped us at the beginning, and also the emails we constantly received with courses and very good information that helped us to understand much more of how it worked.

Periodic updates often come with errors in the workflow; this is a problem that needs to be addressed and fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate tasks and save time and effort, and that is excellent; and it was also very good that we learned how to build any manual process using RPA technology.

It's easy to use, it's a good learning path, and with lots of documentation, you can really achieve your goals with this tool.
The time saved is now used for other tasks manually and the rest is automated.

It is very interactive and easy to use and allows integration with other applications, and best of all, it is easy to learn. I like this technology that automates some tasks effectively. The demo it offers is a good opportunity that we took advantage of and thus learned. Its features are good, and its graphical interface for development is excellent. I could say that it is the best RPA tool on the market. Another thing is that each description is well detailed in each of its functions which facilitates its use much more. I love this product. I love this product. I hope it continues to work.

I would like to see some small improvements in its interface that is more practical and flexible. I would also like that it can be integrated with more applications; I see it limited for the moment.

It is used to automate tasks all the time, and thus we save time and use that time for other tasks that time for other tasks that are manual and easy, which makes it a good collaborative and functional tool.

I know you will like it and so do not think about it too much and try it you will see that it is beneficial and with a good learning curve.

The process and task management with the ease of integration with even any BPM platform or any OTT channels also which are used promonently to build chatbots these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't have pay per use costing which increases one time capex investment and also docker maintenance becomes an issue in long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate any adhoc processes using this tool with great efficiency and result driven ROI matrix. The problem of getting all processes under one domain and not allowing silos is also greatly managed by the tool. Also, AI automation allows to increase customer engagement at more greater pace

The kind of OCR automation to extract useful information form KYC documents and reducing manual error is great and also the reporting capabilities are up to mark.

The cost factor and the difficulty in integration with third party adaptors especially with legacy systems within the organisation.

The tool is a bit expensive as the business model is based on number of users and not on actual scope. Other tools like UiPath are well suited for startups but automation anywhere is most preferred in big companies

The adhoc processes which can be easily automated with reduction in FTE and less integration hassle are the problems being solved currently. Also, multi dimensional reports are good to have for organisation view for each role based users.

The reason behind its popularity is the fact that it is easy to learn Automation Anywhere. It is very reliable and highly scalable as well. All these factors make it a very desirable tool.

I think there is no lof of dislikes but this platform only uses for information and service industry

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Inability to write .net or vbs code in the tool itself makes it difficult to query in memory data. In most tools this can be achieved by LINQs etc, but of course that's because its easier for beginners to work for.
