Only wished we started sooner
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, quick to setup. Monitoring system is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced settings aren't as easily as accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep our network secure, and it has a fantastic reporting system dashboard that shows plenty of metrics.

Using a unified setup slows down internet-based services when using RED for remote work locations with high users.

It is protecting our internal network, applications but most importantly company data.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos has many great features like Zero threat protection or advanced sandboxing technology which is inbuilt in the firewall itself. The feature is included in the Xstream license .
What do you dislike about the product?
email and WAF doesnt come default . We need to pay extra for it. email security in firewall is not required for us as we use cloud email solution. So if you need WAF, you need to pay extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos solves Many issues. Product wise it is a robust product, configure properly and it will run without any issues.It supports future OS upgrades unlike other products where they ask to upgrade firewall and we have to pay for the new firewall also. In sophos, if at all you need to upgrade, they will provide new hardware free and we just have to buy the license which is real vendor commitment. Reporting,Zero threat protection and User threat quotient are few beauties that im 100% satisfied about.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one firewall whihc includes detailed reporting and User visibility graph called as UTQ is the best attraction. Also SSL vpn is free with unlimited numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
prices are comparitively high. mobile vpn applicatino is not available but thats not amndatory as we can use any VPN agent to connect. Apart from that there is no specific concern with my experience on the product as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT has inbuilt reporting. We dont have to maintain a seperate server or computer for reporting. There is no additional charges for the advanced reporting feature. No charges for SSL VPN

What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to deploy and manage. We have more than 5 physical locations, and all are being managed centrally from our Head Office (thanks to Sophos Central). Firewall logs are very impressive and easy to understand, it has all the details that a network administrator needs to protect organization from modern threats.

Honestly, we are very happy with Sophos Firewall Solution as till date we have never faced any downtime, our organization is fully protected with latest threats.

Protecting our organization from modern threats with its best in class in-built dual antivirus solution with-in the firewall hardware. Our business performance automatically gets increased if our users are protected.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos is a stable and powerful firewall, the best feature I liked is the heartbeat and synchronized security as the firewall communicates with in the network devices which has sohos endpoints and ensure an extra protection . Application controll is also a WOW factor which is a bonus with the synchronized securi feature. The feate is free enabled when you have both sophos endpoint and firewall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine since te last 5+ years in using Sophos firewall. Synchronized security feature supports only Sophos endpoint whihc is a limitation but since sophos Endpoint is the best in industry im happy and continue using both firewall and endpoint of sophos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security threats, predictions on user, apps behavior, security management, advanced network management, Zero threat protection, free SSL vpn are few of the features which helped us in solving many of our day today security challenges.
