Innovative platform easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is really simple to use the no-code flowchart canvas allows to imagine the workflow. There are a lot of built-in custom connectors that make it simple to create integrations. This product's ROI is outstanding. Without the need for deep technological expertise, basic integrations can be quite easily created. For more simple integrations, method diagrams are easy to read and understand. There is a plethora of knowledge in process papers, but what you are searching for can be difficult to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to gather data for troubleshooting, some of the procedure reports require changes and improved functionality. In particular from an administrative point of view mobile assistance could be easier. I'd like to see mobile browser failures and records and attempt broken procedures. Although Boomi helps you to write a customized code for OOB types, I wish I could organise the code better and retain it. It can be difficult to report on process executions, delays, atomic states, and more. I'd love to see this knowledge on a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our many main distribution channels are interconnected and our recent customer growth and customer management boom was leveraged. Integration and integration save time and improve data integrity. Resolve requires for convergence between Salesforce and custom apps in particular. Simple to create advantages have little reliance on coding.

An effective and secure application for centralizing data
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is one of the few effective applications to centralize data and has many positive points among them I can mention its extensive integration with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP and Salesforce. It offers a large number of intuitive integration tools, a master data center, functions to make a successful B2B management, workflow automation and low-code application development, the truth is that with the unified platform that offers boomi is much easier to integrate information and applications to a digital system finally has an innovative interface that has drag and drop functions and a lot of connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi has some notable deficiencies based on my experience using this software such as its interface that despite being very complete in functions is extremely confusing I consider that a person who does not have enough experience working with integration software can not use this type of program so you can conclude that it has a learning curve extremely high, another negative point is its cost which is relatively high taking into account other similar software parallel processing is very difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Boomi for integration activities to connect both internal and external environments to our Netsuite implementation. We use it more frequently in the IT department because it is an analyst tool that is used as a system integration connector and also because we work with developers with extensive knowledge in the use of integration software, Boomi has made our work much easier since it has a large number of standard mechanisms to connect to Netsuite accelerating the adoption and development of integration processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require a software for integration between ERP systems Boomi is the ideal option especially for Netsuite because I have not used another program in the market that has so many connectors that accelerate the delivery process much more, the price for some companies especially small can be high so I think it would not be a good option if you do not have enough budget is also important to mention that it is a complex software and the learning curve is high is not ideal for training seminars

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for identifying key capabilities to achieve an optimal transformation of a company. With Dell Boomi you can develop diverse project ideas and programs in an efficient way. It has a very neat and clean system, which allows you to visualize and find all the options easily. It manages to include different integrations for greater work dynamics, data can be shared from one application to another with great ease

The high cost of the service can be a major constraint for many small businesses. Many methods and processes require a lot of experience to be used correctly. It is necessary to have previous technical knowledge to be able to use the program properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for API management. We have improved features related to IT transformation, it is excellent to prioritize tasks and then manage them. The platform of this IPaaS is in the cloud, and provides us with a connection with the other platforms for a solid integration with web services, FTP, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a little complicated to customize the whole tool. Decrease a little the cost of the membership, that will make them have more users using the service. There is nothing else to recommend, it is an excellent tool and for us it is worth the investment

The data obtained from this platform is almost impossible to export or to save the processes in a feasible way on another platform.

Dell Boomi is able to successfully transfer mainframe files that Mediaocean uses for billing purposes for a wide array of clients into our Netsuite Environment in a manner that is efficient and concise, without the hassle of having to manually map or change a large amount of system parameters, as might be the case with other data management systems.

Dell Boomi API Management is a flexible and robust solution for data integration. We can integrate to external systems (via existing APIs), internal systems and APIs, internal resources (databases, file systems, messaging buses, web services, etc.) with Dell Boomi. Lots of built-in cloud-based systems connection API to implement the integration. dell Boomi is that the process canavas is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to add some more built-in scripting languages. Cache components are not good.

easy to use drag and drop interface as well as ability to code complex logic using groovy scripting or java script makes this a powerful tool to address any integration needs you have in your company.
