Excellent IPAAS for what we need.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very adaptable to all of our end points. works as promised.

I wish there are more control on batch scheduling such as starting a batch on a precise minute of the hour.

We wanted our mobile app to collect data and feed information into our transport system.

Very easy to integration on premise or on the cloud applications; learning process on most of the integration is straight forward.

Handling the qualifiers in the xml tag specific to the workday requirements. Access to most of the cloud applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are various areas which requires further improvements
1. Branching and versioning to allow better control of Change Request cycle
2. Creating a copy of existing setup to work and deploy in other environment is a problem because of the references pointing to source connectors.
3. At present it is difficult for the team to work on same process parallel.

The biggest benefit provided by the platform is reliability and scalability of environment.
Best iPaas
What do you like best about the product?
Pure exhibition of iPaas platform .Development,Deployment,monitoring and administration on one UI. Its not just because its iPass like any other cloud tool but it has the ability to integrate almost anything . Cost wise you pay for what you use ...completely no. of connectors gets used you go on increase the license and pay only for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm even after getting maximum votes for few ideas i see still the ideas are kept on backlog . I am not sure how the things are prioritized for product enhancement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely i am working with HR data integration from sap success-factors to third party payroll and other kinds of systems. The connector provided by dell Boomi for success factors is smart enough to handle many things . Even if it doesnt i always go with XML/Json HTTP via webservice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
World in future is moving towards cloud because of its cost saving and for easy maintaince. And at this stage Dell boomi is very matured tool and has done N number of integrations.

* Many outlets for customers to provide feedback on product and roadmap
* Ability to script in Groovy and JavaScript or code in Java useful
* Easy to get up and running
* Plenty of connectors from generic HTTP and SOAP to SFDC, NetSuite, Workday, etc.

* Documentation needs more examples and needs more content overall
* Getting on the same page with
* Understanding document flow not super straightforward
* No easy way to add counters, looping (for, do/while), and other common programatic behavior
* Near impossible to generate good documentation within integration outside of notes and description fields
* No access to raw REST and SOAP traffic
* High price - not a great option for non-enterprise customers

Dell Boomi removes all the headaches associated with integration. It is very fast and good tool to develop the EDI/API based integration.
Dell Boomi has almost all the connector available as per the industry need.

What do you dislike about the product?
After every release few functionality are not working properly for example: In recent release I notices that the previous Atom selection in test mode is not working but it fixed in next release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on SAP SuccessFactors and EDI integrations. The benefit is that the development is quite fast and easy with minimal bugs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please try Dell Boomi it's very good tool for all type of integration on Cloud and on Premises.

Not too good when it comes to performance of the APIs.

We are integrating with multiple systems through DB connections, Netsuite, API management, HttpClient and are also exposing multiple APIs for the users to integrate with. It is so easy to add a new api.
