Satisfactory Service
What do you like best?
I always get an incident report whenever there's an issue with our live products. In addition to that, there's 24-hour site monitoring.
What do you dislike?
The platform is yet to offer security integration, which is a feature I could love to see on it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I and my team were tasked with building a platform for a startup that solves the need for providing basic amenities to the poor in our country. Since my team started using Fyipe we were able to effectively monitor the status of our live product and also reduce cost. Because of what Fyipe has to offer, we've gradually started integrating it into most of our products.

Excellent monitoring and alert service.
What do you like best?
Fyipe is a great product to monitor online services. A good alternative to statuspage since you get monitor and alert service at one place at a reduced cost. Fyipe is also extremely easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike?
Group monitors by region. I talked about this with the fyipe team and they will add this feature soon.

Services monitoring and managing downtime effectively.

What do you like best?
Status Page looks stellar. Alerting of specific team members by SMS, Call and Email during performance degradation or downtime works perfectly well.
What do you dislike?
Scheduling Features.Timezone based rotation of on-call team members. However I've talked to the team and they will resolve this soon.

We have Status Page for our customers. We're alerted when the performance is degraded and when downtime happens. We also do on-call rotation of our DevOps team.

Your customers will love the status page, and your team will love the alerts.
One of the best Status Page and On call companies on the internet
What do you like best?
Beautiful Hosted Status Page, I did not have to install the anything. On call software calls my team when downtime happens and I get a report on how long did it take my team to fix downtime.
What do you dislike?
Integrations with Zapier - I did talk to the team and they're planning to launch this in a couple of weeks.
