Time-Saving, Easy to Use, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I save a lot of time using DocuClipper because it converts bank statements to Excel in just a few minutes, whereas it used to take me hours doing it manually. I appreciate how simple it is to use, and I don't have to edit the Excel afterwards as it formats the sheet so well. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive.

I use DocuClipper to convert bank statements to Excel, saving hours by doing it in minutes. It's simple to use, formats the sheet well, and I don't have to edit the Excel afterwards.

I find DocuClipper easy to use and accurate in conversion, which really helps. It saves heaps of time on data entry work, making my job a lot more efficient. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior, manually entering 100% of the documents was a tedious process - which affected time. Especially with entities that have a large amount of activity. Docuclipper has transformed the workflow tremendously. It is like Day and Night. The website itself is also user-friendly and easy to understand which is a plus as it's easy for all staff to be on board. We look forward to what other features Docuclipper provides, due to the seamless process thus far, we are eager to learn and implement them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love DocuClipper's QuickBooks integration, which made it seem like the best choice when I was searching for solutions. It's incredibly easy to use; I didn't find the setup process difficult at all, largely because the user-friendly guide made learning the platform simple. The most valuable feature for me is the ability to convert PDF bank statements into Excel files, which has transformed how we manage banking transactions for our clients. This feature has eliminated the need to manually input thousands of transactions into QuickBooks, saving us a substantial amount of time. Overall, I appreciate the ease of use and the significant time-saving value DocuClipper adds to our work processes.

The only issue I had was that some of the dates came over incorrectly.

Efficient and reliable tool for converting bank statements to CSV
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how quick and easy it is to use. I just upload my bank statements, and within a few minutes, I get a clean CSV file ready to use. No need to spend hours typing or formatting data manually. It’s been a huge time-saver for me, and the accuracy is pretty solid too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notice some entries missed which were at the bottom of the page which were about 1% of the whole content

What do you like best about the product?
It’s fast, accurate, and incredibly easy to use. The platform handles complex PDFs and statements flawlessly and saves hours of manual work.

I haven’t found anything to dislike so far.

DocuClipper eliminates the hassle of manually entering data from bank statements and invoices. It quickly converts PDFs into accurate spreadsheets, saving me hours each week and reducing the risk of human error. Docuclipper for the Win!
What do you like best about the product?
I had a large bookkeeping project and the client could only provide hard copy statements. I used Docuclipper to pull all of the data into excel and then did a simple import into QBO so that I had an up to date bank feed. It saved me a significant amount of time in bookkeeping years of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I taught myself how to use the product. I may have missed the onboarding videos or the onboarding communication was on the light side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting PDF's to excel doesn't work for bank statements. This was exactly what I needed and gave me the data I needed very quickly.
Easiest Way to Transfer Old data to QBO or QBD
What do you like best about the product?
We are accountants by trade, and this software has made our job easier. When we have a client that is behind on their books, we simply convert their old bank and credit card statement transactions using DocuClipper and import the transactions in the web connect format to QBD. It is so easy and we save so much time. We love this software!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see it is a downside, but there are so many good features to discover on this software, but we have not had the time to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion of Old Bank Statements and Credit Card Transactions that the bank or credit card can no longer provide due to their limitations on number of months in their database.
