Best for bank statement conversions
What do you like best about the product?
After a long search I've finally found the best bank statement converter. DocuClipper provides a very user friendly interface and no additional editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked an option to pay per page instead of another plan when you run out of pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting bank statements to easy to use Excel or CSV files.

Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I found the platform very intuitive and easy to use. I used it to convert bank statements to a format I could import into my accounting software, and DocuClipper did not disappoint!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any downsides to using DocuClipper. I was happy with every aspect of the product and I'd happily recommend it to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My bank only provides statements in PDF format which my accounting software isn't able to process. Using DocuClipper, I was able to upload the correct file formats, saving me hours!
Absolutely no backup service, No response on credit card disputes

It works on certain statements. There are however there are issues with certain formats, and no one responds to emails or provides assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to formally lodge a dispute with our bank regarding the deductions they had taken off our credit card, as they did not reply to any correspondence regarding payment issues with them.
There is absolutely no backup service in both payment issues, and the incorrect scanning of bank statements.

DocuClipper is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Docuclipper is a lifesaver. They have saved me every tax season for the past few years. Time is limited, deadlines are looming, and clients keep sending in the documents late. Docuclipper to the rescue, upload the bank statements and literally hours of work saved into a quickly usable format. No more printing 30 pages of bank statements, analysing them with a highlighter, and then still having to add them up on Excel or something else. Much less chance of human error too. They offer multiple pricing strategies on a month-to-month basis and the option to buy add-on pages that do not expire. What more could you ask for?
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited option of South African banks and occasionally in the past their downloads were not correct but they have resolved this issue now and give you a second chance if the download quality is not of standard without an additional cost.

Docuclipper helps by getting bank statements into a format that is adjustable and useful, allowing me to calculate the annual taxes of small businesses without hours of bookkeeping into specific software.
Very easy to use and very reliable with the data conversion
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love DocuClipper. It is extremely easy to drag and drop the statement into DocuClipper; conversion is very fast and imports into QBO have been seamless. The time I save using DocuClipper is well worth the subscription and I highly recommend it.

There is nothing I don't like about DocuClipper. It serves me very well.

I onboarded a client who does not have electronic banking so had to upload data from pdf statement. Savings in time and workload is amazing.
Fast way to convert credit card statements from pdf's to csv files in batches.

I liked how fast it was to upload pdfs in batches.

Package options, per page costs. That's it.

It helped solved converting my pdf's to organized csv files.
Saved Hundreds and Avoided Data Entry Time
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and AI is spot on for extracting ALL of the data I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to sleep the subscription when I don't need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I searched for table extraction and found apps that were too complicated and high pressure sales people. After one trial just didn't work, I searched the internet again and came across DocuClipper. The trial was limited to 20 pages so I tried a 3 page hard image for extraction and it worked so easily!!

Docuclipper converts the bank statements in seconds, it only gives you what you need, 3 columns date, description and amount.

Reviewing the Versatlity of DocuClipper
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic conversion of Absa bank statements. They are the worst format of PDF in the country and are not usable when converting with other packages
What do you dislike about the product?
The restriction on a number of pages you can convert

Nails Absa statements 100%. No other package does that.

What do you like best about the product?
Importing the bank statement from any bank and receiving an excel file in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will let you know when I encounter a dislike for the program. For now, it serves its purpose.

Docuclipper helps me to convert pdf bank statements to CSV files for bookkeeping. It's better than manually importing the file to excel and then having to place + and - signs throughout the document.
