Quick Converter
What do you like best about the product?
It was fast and I didn't have to wait around for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't save as a CSV file, I have to save as afterward to CSV so I can import it into QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting a pdf file into an excel file. Then I have to save it on my own as a CSV file which makes me have to edit the file and get it ready to import into QBO.

Makes my job so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create a spreadsheet and then assign categories easily to evaluate someone's spending. I use excel with Docuclipper. I don't know of any other software that works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I dont know anything that is missing. All works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy evaluation of income and expenditures. Takes me less time and costs my clients less.

"I HIGHLY recommend using this service. I tried different solutions. It was the only one that really worked.

It is expensive for personal use. Pricing plans could be updated for small personal tax bookkeeping.

I refinanced my business and had to deal with multiple accounts from different banks. It made bookkeeping super easy.
Nice Try, but Not the Real Deal
What do you like best about the product?
When it works, it works! But it did not correctly read the majority of the files I uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
It failed to read 95% of the documents I uploaded correctly, leaving me with an extreme amount of checking to do. It could not read accurately the same bank's statement on one, then the next flawlessly.

When it worked, it saved me many hours of labor.
Huge Time and Money Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I stumbled across this website when I was looking for a way to convert my 2 year old PDF bank statements to an excel file so I could import them into Quickbooks Online. I have 2 years of statements I need to convert. This website is amazing and converts the PDF statements not only to excel but also to Quickbooks online and desktop version. This has SAVE me money, because I don't have to pay a bookkeeper to enter the transaction manually. My bank does not provide excel file format for anything more than 6 months old.
I HIGHLY recommend using this service. This is a huge time saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more premade templates. However you can make custom template for any statement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved me a tone of time by converting 2 years of bank statements to quickbooks online.
Super useful tool for batch data entry
What do you like best about the product?
The batch data extraction feature is great to process a bunch of forms and get the data automatically on Google Sheets for you to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design could be improved somewhat, but not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuClipper has reduced by several orders of magnitude the time I spend doing data entry. In fact I almost don't spend any time now.

George was very helpful and handled all the processing for me.

I have zero complaints! Everything was smooth and and quick.
