Simple and basic
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of everyone's resourcing at the same time
Helps even out resource allocation and also respect the time of employees

Not integrated with other platforms e.g. timesheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overtasking some people, project management is improved as we have a bit better indication how much time is expected of us to spend on a project in a given week

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go from day to day, week to week Month to Month etc very easily. I like that I can make the calendar. I like that it keeps the name of the Tasks in the history, very useful when assigning multiple people to the same task. and the fact its a shared calendar that updates in real time for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the how an assignment can easily be deleted (when I didn't mean to) I wish there was was something that popped up that asked "was I sure"
Also, it doesn't appear the people who are read only cannot see the comments that are initially put in under a task

Im able to easily schedule many people and if I need to reassign a task to someone else, that's very easy to do

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most in the navigation and interface. Everything is organize, it has administrator rights, easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, everything is good. No least like for this great app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, daily task assignment. It is very beneficial to us since all employees are aware of their tasks and their colleagues' tasks as well.

Float as a simple shared calendar/planning tool do the job.

But Float interface looks a bit old fashioned.

The ease of use, visual elements (seeing how much time by the size of the block) and the ability to group people and save it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The left to right scrolling sometimes keeps going, and it slows down when we hit about 20 concurrent users.

Float is simple, fast and easy to use. I can see changes in real time so my schedule is always up-to-date!

The mobile experience could be improved... Hard to use and see my schedule when I'm on my phone.

It makes scheduling alot easier for everybody at the office.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to understand and use interface, along with the transparency it provides to the rest of the organization. It is a great self-scheduler and to understand my colleague's capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website is difficult to use (i.e. I scroll and it moves a month rather than me just trying to go to the next week).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is especially useful for my organization where understanding other's schedules is important. This provides transparency to my bosses and team members.
Easy to Use Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for plotting workload/projects for the team. It's super fast and gives a great visual representation which allows me as a Program Manager to know exactly who has capacity and who doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about the tool. The one that that would make it even better would be integrating with my Project Mgmt software (Teamwork Projects).

Quickly viewing workload among the team and scheduling

Its simplicity and how easy it is to navigate around. Plus I can view it without fail on my mobile.

Can't think of any cons. It does what exactly a hr planning website should do

We have a number of projects and it is quite a hassle to inform every colleague if there are any changes to the team (I.e. Additional of new members). Float allows the admin to easily add or delete projects for users so it gets reflected on the system. This allows users to view the changes immediately.
