Simple and efficient resource manager
What do you like best about the product?
You can add, resize and remove tasks quickly and effortlessly. It is easy to get the overall understanding of your reaource allocation in a heartbeat. Fight for simplicity!

Great flow and usability.
What do you like best about the product?
Simply and easy to navigate interface, it's not overly complicated or busy. Streamlines our workflow and allows for a quick overview of what's happening in the coming weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When dragging and moving jobs around they always revert back to one day, which can be frustrating. It would be great if it was easier to update client details and leave notes on client files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structuring our weeks and identifying gaps and overrun in our scheduling has been a huge help. Overall, Float has helped us to be more efficient as an agency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be great if Float had a feature similar to smart sheets where you could detail our each stage of a job, and then transfer it directly to the standard float layout.
Quick and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using it for about 6 months but I love how clean and to the point it is. I find my name and find out what my duties are for that day. I travel a lot so its really nice to be able to look at a week and see where in the country I may be. It allows me to start planning my travel and some sightseeing with plenty of time to spare so that once the time comes, I just get on a plane and go to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no Android app. That's a big turn off but I manage. I'd really appreciate this functionality in the future.
I'm not sure if its just me but when I log in on my computer, each area takes up the whole screen. its quite strange. I have to scroll to the next person even though they should be smaller boxes. on my phone they are almost too squished to read and I haven't found a way manually size the boxes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user I don't really solve any issue but some benefits are being able to see my and my coworkers schedules. My coworkers and I are all scattered around the country so its nice to be able to quickly look at an upcoming job then find out who is on it with me without having to call them all and find out who I'm working with!

Ease of use and a clean smooth experience with no clutter

Flexibility of days - not supporting splitting a day to hours

I wish we could zoom out to a week view spanning more time. I wish the reminder emails to team members were more versatile.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use + how the data is organized (ie. colour code). The administrator can easily move tasks around to different days without a problem. It's also beneficial to put additional information in each task in the notes section of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't highlight information within each task. When you want to copy the information in the notes section, it can't be done.

it keeps the entire team organized + accountable for the tasks they have to accomplish. It cannot be changed by user so there's no excuse in not completing the task
