Simple and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and how easy it is to navigate around. Plus I can view it without fail on my mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any cons. It does what exactly a hr planning website should do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of projects and it is quite a hassle to inform every colleague if there are any changes to the team (I.e. Additional of new members). Float allows the admin to easily add or delete projects for users so it gets reflected on the system. This allows users to view the changes immediately.

UI can be unweildy if a person has a large number of projects under their name

Float helps us to plan and schedule the resource in different projects, keep track of resource availability at all time.

Allocating resources by assigning time blocks to various team members.
Essential tool for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Having employees know what projects they are working on and for how long is very helpful with planning and scheduling upcoming work. It is very easy to create a custom search with various employee names.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slack or Jira integrations would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer over schedule our resources and we are able to provide weekly productivity reports.

Simple, clutter free and web based scheduling. Allows me to see the weeks ahead at a glance.

Performance, a little sluggish at time on my system.
