Effortless Time Tracking, But Colleague Schedules Can Get Cluttered
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to track your time and add in hrs

the schedules of my colelagues are hard to read when they are really budy, looks quite cluttered

Float is helping us with schedulihng and tracking time against projects, to see if we are udner quoting or voer quoting. it also helps to forecast work

Unified Team View and Organization, Needs Improved Allocation Features
What do you like best about the product?
You can get a unified view of your team and organization, making it easy to see everything in one place. It also allows you to group members according to verticals or horizontal services, which helps in organizing and managing your teams more effectively.

Offer an improved approach to assigning part-time roles to resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource Management is easy and is the single source of truth.
Great for Schedule Updates, Needs Better Priority Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate receiving updates whenever there are changes to my schedule, and I find it very convenient that I can toggle the 'remote work' option on or off for specific dates. I also like how the app highlights days in red when I am scheduled for more than eight hours. Another feature I enjoy is the ability to connect my Float schedule to Google Calendar. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it would be helpful to introduce tiers for schedules according to their importance. For example, if project 1 holds greater significance than project 2, it could be placed in a higher tier or displayed in another visual manner that clearly indicates the priority order for that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me see which projects my employer expects me to dedicate my time to.

Excellent Project Management, But UI Needs an Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
It's great tool when it comes to manage the project scope, billing hours, allocation to tall the employees. It keeps up-to-date with whole project sales pipeline.

UI can be improved, should add AI assistant to improve the experience.

Float will have other features but I am mainly using for tracking my billable hours, looking project allocation
Project Segregation Makes Organization a Breeze

Segregation of projects lie you can filter and check who is allocated what project

Staff is not able to add their comments on float bookings

As an auditor it helps in checking which client I need to work on specific weeks and plan all prerequisite tasks beforehand

There isn't anything particularly remarkable about it; in my opinion, it generally resembles most other software out there.

I like that it shows which projects I'm involved in, so everyone on the team is aware of what I'm working on and we can avoid double bookings.

It's simple to make changes, and everyone is able to access and update it.
