What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the interface is great and make the experience great

The budgeting of project, like I have X hours for this task of this project and a flag is raise when i go over

easy to track time spent. intuitive interface.having overview and filter options.
What do you dislike about the product?
the integration between float and google calendar can not be categorized to specific projects which make meeting hard to track and we now need to do it manually.

agency timesheet tracking automized with the preload schedule

Great experience transitioning to float for our time management.
What do you like best about the product?
Clear, colourful and consise and can be updated with ease. Also allows for viewing other colleagues time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no apparent ability to be able to email yourself your timesheet for a given day/week/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had a custom time management system which was difficult to maintain and was in plain text on a shared web document. It is much clearer, more colourful and more maintainable!
This application is very useful as it helps me to keep a track of my work and its easily noticeable.
What do you like best about the product?
"I like using Float because it's very easy to use and helps me track all my work efficiently. It gives me a clear view of how tasks are divided and what I’ve completed. I also find it really helpful to look back and see exactly what was done, when it was done, and how much work was involved. Adding entries is smooth and straightforward, which makes planning and updating tasks quick and hassle-free."
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Float for the past few months, and it has had a truly positive impact on the way I manage my work. From the start, the interface was intuitive and easy to navigate, which made getting started quick and stress-free. One of the most impressive aspects of this app is how effectively it helps me stay organized and focused.
The ability to track tasks, set deadlines, and collaborate with team members has significantly improved my productivity. I can easily see what needs to be done, when it’s due, and who’s responsible for what. This has eliminated a lot of confusion and helped our team stay aligned.

It helps me to track all my work with propern infomation and knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule a day for myself and others. Our schedules change daily so we need to be able to manage these days quick and Float offers that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes would prefer to not add a task to a project, but having tasks is also quite beneficial. Maybe also would be good to be able to add attachments to cards?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving our delivery team and ourselves an overview of our day to day and how much we can fit both now and in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a designer working in a Studio. PMs are the ones who has access to edit and change my schedule. The live updates and how easy it is to use it. I use it every day, I love how it's intgrated with Slack and the incorporation in my calendar
Suggestion: it would be super nice if I can add my float time in my calendar but NOT in the 'all day' section, but to be able to edit this myself and place the time into different time slots

What do you dislike about the product?
Colours: The colours, despite choosing them ourselves, is very hard to know which ones are the faded ones (not logged) and the ones that have been completed.
Suggestions: Sometimes PMs add a project time but it would be good to be able to suggest times, for them to approve so their job is easier too.
Management: When you are managing, the Schedule vuew is very hard to see in detailed what are they working on that particular week. A 'loggin time' view is much bigger and easy to see, it would be nice to be able to see that from your peers.
Notes: When I write notes, automatically the time gets logged in, I'd like to be able to change these notes for myself without having to ask all the time to PMs

What do you like best about the product?
The forward looking feature is great and easy to see what other people's availability looks like
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks a bit complicated when log-in. It'll be nice if your own schedule is always on the top.

Scheduling is amazing and accessible, holiday requests are a perfect flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Placeholders should be free. It's challenging to plan the future of hiring and business development pipeline with high uncertainty. I need to put possible future employee but not paying because if I don't sell they are never going to be a real employee
- Reports should be easier, there are many options and you need to do so many trials to get what you need.
- When someone is manager in a project, they get access to modify their hours in everyone projects, you should change that it drives to errors.

We have a very flexible company, it helps me to know what are everyone doing, and see if there are people free.
A great product, with some tweaks could be fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Float is a fantastic tool for our business. We use it daily to manage our resource and ensure we are on track with our tasks. We implemented float on a random Thursday, and have never looked back - it was so easy to get going on, and with time we have turned it into a key part of our firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the feature can be quit laggy. It's also difficult sometimes to set up projects - in a sense of we do the same thing for multiple clients, so having to remember the colour used each time is difficult. It would be good if suggestions could be made based on pre-existing projects.

It enables us to easily visualise our work and make sure that resource isn't over-capacity and work is evenly spread.
