Great scheduling software with clarity of allocation and utilization.
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface and clarity of data presentation.

Nothing as such, It is a great software for job scheduling and tracking

It makes job scheduling easier and transparent.

You cant duplicate certain tasks, Its not easy to make multiple tasks for longer days

What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful and intuitive design. Great aesthetics that lets you see large amounts of metrics in a visually appealing manner. Has never experienced any service disruptions. Is quickly able to respond to changes from large team making several updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the metrics on resource planning could be better explained. The difference in interpretation of metrics from API vs the web dashboard is difficult to understand. Support does not do a good job of explaining them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It is able to capture the overall allocation and planning for different projects across three different geographical regions.
2. Customization in working days and holidays across calendars of different countries.
3. Capturing project details using tags.
4. Capturing team member and team details using tags for skillset, region etc.
5. Weekly, monthly report generation on resource allocation and planning for senior leadership

It is a great program for wrangling the complex schedule at my workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like how folks are able to adjust their own meetings and tag others in joint projects and it adds it to their schedule. Very easy to use and learn for all tech skill levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part is very minor. I don't like that the filter is saved. I have it set to only my local office but defaults to the entire company which is annoying since my name is near the the end of alphabet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issues of being handed more work when im already swamps. I enjoy planning my schedule a month in advance and this helps.
User-friendly interface that is easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Float simplifies scheduling not just for myself but for my peers. Due to the nature of our teamwork-focused projects, it helps to be able to easily filter and see who else is on the same project. I check the app daily as my schedule can change last minute. Having the notifications help to notify when something new comes up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to load, and I wish the mobile app was more user friendly. Additionally, I hope that Float can integrate a notification/stage-clearing of sorts for people to be notified when their people want to add time off over a schedule rather than it completely disappearing.

Float aids with visualizing the different types of work that our industry has.
What I've always needed and what I didn't know I wanted
What do you like best about the product?
Float is incredibly intuitive, and it makes allocating resources a breeze. Even though I'm cetrain I don't take full advantage of its features, Float makes our project management cycle easier and I couldn't imagine going back to our spreadsheet schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Slack integration at some point in the future. Syncing with Google Cal is also wonky for some of our teammates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Float, we were using a massive excel spreadsheet to assign our project managers to different projects. Now, with Float, I can easily allocate projects, add tentative and confirmed projects on the calendar, and notify the entire team about scheduling changes. It has easily saved me 20+ hours of work over the last year.

What do you like best about the product?
The timesheet reports are incredibly useful for tracking employee costs across different projects. They give us a clear overview of how time and resources are being allocated, which helps improve budgeting and project management efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, every feature demonstrated by our Float contact has been valuable and effective for our needs. We haven’t encountered any major issues or missing functionality yet.

Clssifying how much are the billable and non-billable costs that are being incurred for every projects.

More functionality - add something new or different to what other systems of a similar nature currently offer.

It's really user-friendly, super easy to build and customise.

Adding new tasks can be clunky when you need to add them project-by-project (universally)
