Great tool to manage your team
What do you like best about the product?
UI is excellent. I like it very much. I am very comfortable managing a team's work as well as my own
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, I said that the logging button is hard to find on the navbar. Now this button is clearly visible. I'm grateful to Float for listening to customers

It removes the need to constantly check with managers or what jobs i am assigned to and it also helps me see who else is assigned to the jobs i am on and who is free on what days

Allows us to easily see which people are where in a quick and efficient way

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a simple overview, visually similar to already known calendars. This means that you don't need any time to familiarize yourself with it. Just click and add entries.
If you work with many different customers, you can create them once and then easily add individual projects within these customer folders.
I especially like the fact that I can tell my clients apart right at first glance using the Color Coding feature. But when I need more information, I can also click on the entries and have access to the job number, the available budget, and any other information that might be available.

What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved:
Currently, when I enter vacation, my projects in the same time frame just disappear from the schedule. This is quite inconvenient and should be fixed. It would be more practical to at least be warned and transfer the projects individually to someone else from the team, or be able to specify vacation substitutions so that the projects are automatically transferred.
Also, it would be great if you could duplicate blockers via copy & paste. The split tool is often a bit impractical to use.

If you work in an agency, chances are high you need to be really flexible and react quick when changes in your timetable occur. Float does make that prolem a lot easier for me, since I can just drag n' drop by blockers around and can split tasks super easily with my co-workers. With float we are always informed about who is doing what, where we still have some flexibility and where one might need help with a client.
For our small team (of 5-7) it is just a super easy to use solution that I wouldn't want to miss!

One of the best Resource Management software in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use float for project management and tracking and I think these features provide a very smooth and user friendly platform to manage my projects along with other colleagues in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new project, I think the options available to amend the project could be a bit more comprehensive. For e.g everyone should be auto-selected as project manager and later we can edit it according to our requirement.

Float has made the process of managing and tracking our projects much easier and fast and the fact that it is very user friendly makes us to saves a lot of our time!

What do you like best about the product?
Float is one of the best tools in the market to handle project budgets and workforce. It also has a very intuitive UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very slow for few minutes.

I use Float to schedule budgets and workforce, with Float I can have everything under control
It's great for task scheduling, but lacking some basic stuff for project planning and reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule a task and move it around. The API is available which is great to get the data out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the tool looks, visually. Especially the project planning part. Many basic features that are available in other project management tools are not available, for example the Gantt chart is not really there. The reporting part is very weak. A lot of people in the office like the tool, I think, but for me it's not the best because of some basic things are missing. We ended up using Qlik to build reporting part and the Gantt chart.

Task scheduling and data extraction via API. I can use the data I get to represent it on the Qlik dashboards.

Easy to use for time tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Float is it's easy to use functionality for time tracking.

Not any cons to be honest, it's easy to use for my time tracking.

I only use Float for time tracking and it's not complicated to use at all.
