What do you like best about the product?
Transparency for the end-user--they can see the progress. Also, reduces anxiety and confusion for all involved. Child tickets--love!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile views are jumpy, the app is in need of some attention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging issues and tracking complex, multi-step/cross team work. Reporting on ROI.

Really think through and map out your support before starting

What do you like best about the product?
We use FD for an almost one Year, it really helps us in defining the main contact drivers with clients as well as it is too much friendly and easy tool to be used full of great functions and fields,also the great help desk team who are avail 24/7 to assist no matter the inquiry is big or not, they just assist in a professional way like the awesome Hammaad Mohammed.
What do you dislike about the product?
the default fields and roles, we just need a little enhancement to remove such default items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide plate for documentation, Better communication with End users and vendors as well as the variety of reports

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use with a quick response rate. It allows you to easily track your IT tickets and make comments as needed. You are also able to add additional people to the ticket for better communication and to keep everyone on the same page. I can also just send an email without having to log in to the actual site.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I have come across that I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to send trouble tickets to our IT department since our department works from home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a quick and easy way to send trouble tickets to IT, this is the way to go. Especially if you have people who aren't as tech savy as others

Fresh desk allows for us to greatly improve our support system and process.

It is a long process to have the program built and implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshdesk has a great mobile app. You can receive notification if you'd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any issues with Freshdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technology issues within our school district. It is easy for teachers to use with little training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really think fresh desk is simple to use. It's not an "In your face" service - you can choose how involved with it you'd like to be or need to be.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to use and perfect for VIPKID teachers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load, which is unusual because I have no trouble loading other sites quickly. It’s also not as easily accessible on Safari as it is on Chrome.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh desk makes my life easier when it comes to support tickets, it has lots of features and they keep getting better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes take few extra minutes to delete old tickets but l I'm thinking it's my computer and not Freshdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep track of support tickets in a organized way, also I like the customer portal with the Faqs

What do you like best about the product?
The auto reply feature is awesome. It gives us more freedom to focus on prioritizing that giving assurances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branding limitations make it hard to change a lot to suite our branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved customer relationship management issues with Freshdesk. It helps us quickly prioritize customers according to the severity of their issues.

I would recommend Freshdesk to startups looking for customer relationship management or support software.

Freshdesk helps you to build a support system quickly, and let you to custom it in a very simple and intuitive way.

Some bugs with live chat.The collision agent system is a bit slow.
