Ubuntu Desktop is must use for Linux users
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate for someone coming from windows background. It's GUI helps users to bridge the gap between the linux and windows working systems, while providing easy installation procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in the Software center app, that make it difficult to install softwares. However you can install those from the .deb files by downloading from official websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing me the sophistication of a Windows like GUI - at the same time providing the flexibility of the open source linux software system. All bundled with a Bright GUI Desktop.

Best part about Desktop Ubuntu is that this is open source operating system : means all the flexible moves you can perform and costomize according to your requirement without any cost and very vast support from community. Basically one pc can do better work than windows OS. it is Linux distro. In fact, it better more and more flexible to use and user friendly as welll
What do you dislike about the product?
Update process can be more user friendly, like somehow a window user stucked how to install "any" application with deb file still make me confuse how to update my chrome so more method to say "click and go".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of my organization, I did adminstrator work over the linux open source is Ubuntu, it is well protected operating system in terms of hardware and network as well, still we need to make some security for better secure environment. with Ubunty i fell little more secure and comfortable for developers beacuse it is easy to understand them them DevOps things.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using Ubuntu as it is a very clean OS with a simple minimalist UI and great compatibility with varied applications. The best part is that it is not heavy on the RAM
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not as addictive as windows and can actually take some time to get used to, some more functions can be added to bring it to par with other OS in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use very heavy applications which can creat lags in Windows, I use Ubuntu for such applications as it runs smoothly and is lighter on the RAM, it is open source and that is an added advantage

Ubuntu is a very secure and useful operating system, one can use it for various purpose like software development, server, etc it has visibility to task that you are doing. If you want to know computer from inside just go for this operating system

No issues found in this operating system but there is one prerequisite for this you should be aware of linux basic commands. If you are nit aware of commands then also you can use it with GUI

It is helpful in software development, network configuration, provide more security compare to windows. So many server are running on linux operating system. Also you can use it for other task like network tracing etc

Best part of the Ubuntu Desktop is it's open source means it's FREE. Installing softwares are so easy.

There is no such cons of Ubuntu Desktop unless the upgradation process sometimes gives little pain. Upgradation process needs to be little easy.

Experience Unix powerhouse with Ubuntu
What do you like best about the product?
The Ubuntu UI is very intriguing and very nice among Unix distros. Support the Canonical put into Ubuntu is very amazing and I love Ubuntu as par as Cent os which is now deemed to be dead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Snap I do nt like particularly and I do want sudo user enabled by default when we created account and support to some packages are limited and same ui for so many years it's time for a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used to Ubuntu to run docker containers in my machine which is working extremely well. I used Ubuntu to host my local database as well as cubernates cluster which is working well as well.

What do you like best about the product?
1st of all it is light weight OS due to that processor and memory consumption is low than windows OS, one of the best for the developers to develop the application or software on it. Easy to use and commond line is easy to for anykind of setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time due to permissions in root not able to retain the sudo permission any minor changes done end up with some this mess some time, some applicaton won't open, sometimes some features stops working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchasing huge lot of the OS Lisences is the biggest nightmare for any company and maintaining the lisences, while in ubuntu we don't need to buy any lisences to work on anything. Just install any community based software or application and you are good to go.
