What do you like best about the product?
It is free of cost and easily accessible. Provides access to many applications like slack, firefox, telegram and skype. Very less malware and almost no antivirus is required since it does not allow pirated software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of applications that we can install on Ubuntu is limited. We cannot access MS office and some other important windows based applications. It needs proper tech-savvy people to understand and work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used it for various development and coding purpose on daily basis. Using it for the day-to-day maintenance and meetings on skype and slack. Use it for surfing and UI experience which is much better than windows.

The storage management of the operating system is exceptional. Really helpful

The user interface of Ubuntu could do way better. Hoping to see improvements in newer versions

mostly related to shell scripting, makes life easier on automating the tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like its performance and open source makes it so reliable for everyone. Free of cost make this reachable for everyone even user is a student or a commercial user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to open source sometime its documentation was not clear for the unexpected issues and less software was available for this to use. rest I appreciate all the features and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a startup, it solves a big problem of cost. Free licenses make it helpful in the growth of a startup office. N number of systems can install ubuntu at 0 costs.

It's been more than a year since I am working with the ubuntu server and I didn't find anything odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do all my learning part on ubuntu server as it's very easy to use and I can easily deploy ansible . node js and many more .
Best solution to use Ubuntu for Windows user
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ubuntu Desktop is that we get to use it's command line in windows without having a separate os for that.

I don't find anything to dislike about Ubuntu desktop it performs it's job perfectly.

Programming, running various codes and learning purpose.

The ease of OS administration makes it my favourite. Besides the shell scripting is one thing, I am very much interested.

No dislike so far. All good and happy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Very few nice applications are designed for ubuntu os.
* file portability is another reason why I dislike it, it is very hard to transfer a file from another os to ubuntu.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Ubuntu executes very well even with very less ram and without SSD, I use it on my old laptop . It is also very difficult to be hacked due to its high-security system hence my platform's credentials are safe in ubuntu os.
Great Distro for Coding and Personal Use
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost is an open-source and free operating system that provides services and features such as Virtualization, Stability, Patch Management and Intuitive GUI, plus agility and great community support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is such a great operating system still there are room for improvement in supporting more drivers and games, meaning that the graphics part of the OS needs more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ubuntu for programming plus personal use of my Desktop, so far so good, new versions and updates plus great community support keep me on track with this OS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for yourself and enjoy the smoothness of this OS, after all, it depends on your needs and preferences but for coding and personal use, Ubuntu is my favorite.
