Ubuntu Working Expereince
What do you like best about the product?
Terminal, is the best part app in Ubuntu that I liked the most. Developer friendly and also customizable. Working on Ubuntu resist me to switch on any other OS. Loving to continue work and expect some improvements in future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but it would be great if some gesture would add here which make the developer work faster and simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly software development from the core of the products. Developers can take benefit of this OS while working on cmd.
Well supported linux option

A great linux based operating system for beginners.

As such there is not a big feature or function which I would dislike but one thing I would say is that using it for a very long period can make you feel bored..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about the product?

Fast, efficient, open source operating system
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, efficient, and free operating with minimal applications unlike Windows, It is completely customizable and secure and two times faster than windows 11. If you have a low-performance device then Ubuntu is the only choice. Since I am a developer Ubuntu helps me in programming in Bash, which makes it fun and energetic to do coding in ubuntu. It has all support to Python, Java, C++, etc preinstalled. Unlike Windows, Ubuntu can install updates without even restarting and have very little probability of crashing. Once you learn how to use Ubuntu and its terminal you will find it amazing and sometimes one step further in the developer world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ubuntu does not support MS Office. It has Libre office which is the alternative of MS Ofiice but it lacks features compared to office. Users need to be tech-savvy to use this OS. It does not support some software applications and hardware components that are supplied in windows OS. The UI looks outdated and lacks the feature of faster switching between applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu has helped me in developing, competitive programming Sequence alignment in Bioinformatics. My laptop is a low-performance device so Ubuntu has amplified my device speed.

Linux for windows users
What do you like best about the product?
It's linux, we can edit anything, customize anything, install any software, customize kernel, easier software development, privacy protected, we can change firewall rules
What do you dislike about the product?
ubuntu needs to work on GUI and need to add more software in app store, it's app store should be customer friendly and apps should install with one go, other than that it needs a config tool to customize and install themes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can install anything, customize UI to our needs , customize kernel, change firewall rules. so basically it gives us more power and flexibility which other OS dont provide

Linux Ubuntu
What do you like best about the product?
Right now, my PC is running Ubuntu 18.04 as the only operating system. In addition to being free to download, there are many free apps and games available, very stable, no annoying pauses or unexpected crashes, no issues with peripherals, and a clean and attractive interface. A pleasure to use every day. Microsoft Windows is bloated, buggy, difficult to use, and struggling with peripheral issues, especially in the latest release of Windows 10. It became unbearable to use it. It is a redesigned software with a lot of unnecessary features added every time a new version is released. I think Bill Gate's idea peaked in Windows 7 and has been declining ever since.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like learning a new GUI every time I try to use Linux. Each of them is completely different from everything else. No matter what you say about Windows, each successive version was easy to master because it was basically similar to the previous version. Yes, I can stick with the command line (and sometimes I can) but I hate going back in time because 1980 is so long ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Linux operating systems share the open source freedom to inspect the underlying code if desired. You are also free to choose the way you want your desktop to be.
Linux is developer-friendly because most of the pre-built developer tools are out-of-the-box and easy to install.
The
Ubuntu desktop has a clean look and feel while maintaining corporate legitimacy. Ubuntu is based on Debian, a very stable Linux distribution.
