Ubuntu - Review

Ubuntu is equipped with everything you'll need to run your corporation, school, home, or business.
All of the essential software is pre-installed, including an office suite, browsers, email, and media apps, and the Ubuntu Software Centre includes hundreds of extra games and applications.
For Ubuntu, there are thousands of free and open-source programmes, many of which exceed numerous paid software for Windows and other operating systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Users must be tech-savvy in order to utilize Ubuntu. Another downside of Ubuntu is that it does not have the same level of support for diverse hardware components and software programmes as Windows. Ubuntu does not support several popular apps, like as Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu has a larger user base because it is more convenient in certain places. When developing software for Linux (whether it's a game or just regular software), developers usually start with Ubuntu since it has a bigger user base. Ubuntu is more popular because it includes more software that is more or less guaranteed to work. Ubuntu is the best operating system for developers since it has so many libraries, examples, and tutorials. Ubuntu's qualities, unlike any other operating system, tremendously enhance AI, machine learning, and deep learning. Ubuntu is also compatible with the most latest versions of free open source software and platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ubuntu is a more private and secure operating system than Windows. The wonderful thing about Ubuntu is that we don't have to depend on a third-party solution to acquire the necessary privacy and security. The danger of hacking and other forms of attacks may be decreased if this distribution is used. Ubuntu offers a straightforward graphical user interface. Most of the time, this Operating System saves consumers the trouble of having to install drivers. When the Ubuntu Operating System has to be updated, users do not need to restart their devices since the updates may run in the background.

For someone who is still not using the Ubuntu Server, I would suggest first use it for a few months. Then he/she will start loving it because it has a lot of features. Any libraries related to it are easily available.

What do you dislike about the product?
ome of it is tribal. We are seeing a replay of the 90s "Unix wars". Back then, the battle was between Sun, HP, Digital, SGI, SCO, AT&T, and others.
Today, the battle is between the RedHat camp (RHEL, Fedora, CentOS) and the Ubuntu camp (Ubuntu, Debian, and derivatives) and the SuSE camp. With a number of other smaller camps alongside (Gentoo, Arch etc.). Some of the sides have picked up unthinking fanboys who love to trash the others without any particular thought or understanding, and that's where a lot of the partisan "hate" comes from. But the real underlying competition here is between RedHat, Canonical and SuSE (the companies, not the products).
Quite a number of software changes over the course of the last decade+ have been all about increasing one corporation's control over the wider free software ecosystem. All of them have done it in various forms. And none of it has been for the benefit of the wider free software ecosystem which Linux inhabits.
