DuploCloud's expert team successfully orchestrated the migration of our existing infrastructure to AWS GovCloud, skillfully managed DevOps environments for our applications, and established robust and reliable CI/CD pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
The DuploCloud software is great, but the support team really shines here. They did a fantastic job getting us set up and producing compliance artifacts.
It is much easier to get a picture of what is deployed and where than the Amazon dashboard. Secret management is much easier as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some options around auto-scaling or ephemeral environments which are not easy to set up with DuploCloud at this time. However past feature wishlists have been added quickly, so we are optimistic.

DuploCloud has several advantages for cloud infrastructure management and DevOps, which include the ability to automate operational workflows and ensure compliance through low-code / no-code automation. The platform also offers an easy-to-use dashboard that simplifies infrastructure management, while flexible deployment options and multi-region support provide flexibility for organizations. In addition, DuploCloud's expert aid can be precious for organizations with limited DevOps expertise, helping to improve software delivery and infrastructure management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because DuploCloud's engineering team is primarily based in India, customers in other parts of the world may be concerned about time zone differences. However, DuploCloud has demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service and availability, so this may not be a significant issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DuploCloud automates and streamlines infrastructure and security compliance processes, saving organizations time and resources that would otherwise be spent on manual processes. The emphasis on security compliance at DuploCloud assists organizations in maintaining and enforcing best practices for protecting their infrastructure and applications.

Easy to use, realiable and it supports all aws services my business needs to oprate

I've had issues sometimes finding answers on it's docs specially regarding terraform stuff

Makes easier to manage environments on our application. Also it is fairly easy to set up, maintain and make updates as needed since many times business requirements change
Love the Duplo Cloud product, it is awesome and deploying the build quickly

I like the scalability, flexibility of DuploCloud, which is built on cloud-native architecture. DuploCloud helps to handle large volumes of data and process them quickly. It also helps for automating data integration tasks, reducing the need for manual intervention and saving time. And last but not least DuploCloud security features such as data encryption, access controls, and monitoring to ensure the safety of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing where the product can improve on it's UX. Maybe it would be more apparent if the deployment process had the wizard (step-by-step) kind of UX, making it much easier for a new customer to go with the flow.

What do you like best about the product?
DuploCloud has been a game-changer for us. Not just the ease of deployment and replicating environments but also maintaining the security standards on GovCloud. We are very confident with DuploCloud managing our infrastructure. Another highlight is their proactiveness; they monitor the infrastructure and ensure that there is no downtime and that our infrastructure remains updated with security standards. DuploCloud has also been very helpful with knowledge transfer/ learning sessions; they have always been available to clear our doubts and educate us on infrastructure and security-related queries. Overall we are glad to have DuploCloud with us and would like to express our gratitude for their continued support. Thank you DuploCloud; we wish you all the best.

So far, there has been no downside that comes to my mind. We have had a fantastic experience and would love to continue having the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first approached DuploCloud as we wanted to bring up a GovCloud Environment. However, after doing business with them, we decided to move our existing non-GovCloud environments to DuploCloud. We even brought up non-GovCloud Duplo Environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had to deploy DuploCloud in a new separate AWS account/VPC which was a bit inconvenient while accessing resources in our existing AWS account/VPC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows team of developers to self-serve deploy and manage cloud applications with minimal understanding/expertise in AWS infrastructure management - without requiring dedicated DevOps which are always in short supply. This allowed us to launch new products without being gated by in house DevOps capacity

as a developer, i need more clarification & deeper info on many issues in our company infra so they are very experts to provide industry best practices in that area

sometimes i ping them at late-night/holidays, and they little bit delayed on those scenarios

DuploCloud was fast and easy to migrate to, with their engineering team being super responsive to all of our inquiries
We were able to complete the migration in under a month.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve with DuploCloud takes time, and as more features get added to the UI, we find that we do talk to the team quite often to learn and understand more about best practices with using Duplo.

DuploCloud makes it possible for our team to have the best of both worlds, maintaining strict data security standards with a complex infrastructure deployment while still moving quickly and not having to hire our own DevOps engineering resources.
