It felt too automated and impersonal
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure, I guess you're trying to improve?
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a human element. I'm not sure why people would need Amperity in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amperity is solving the problem of data. Which is a very wide and general thing to say, so it is really hard to explain it.

What do you like best about the product?
Data unification, collecting user data from different channels into one profile, as this provides a complete and accurate view of user behavior and preferences. The data analytics tools help companies stay on trend and identify trends for decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs, learning curve, dependence on third parties, and I am concerned about privacy and information leakage that may exist. I am not saying that it does, but I am saying that it may exist. For this, they must comply with privacy regulations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids data fragmentation and creates a user profile where I can have everything organized.
Love the functionality of building and sharing audiences
What do you like best about the product?
The pCLV audiences have had great success in our paid media campaigns

There is not a direct link to send audiences to Pinterest platform

Segmentation and ease of use of our customer data
Highly professional team and very capable product
What do you like best about the product?
The continued engagement from the team. It's clear they are experts in their field whether that be in Sales, Engineering or CRM Analysis. The tool itself is very well designed with a user friendly UI. The transparency of the data processing is the best i've seen and it's made implementation and integration much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us was the handover from a pilot project to full implementation. That wasn't as smooth as expected but the team at Amperity did lean in and address the issues. Timezones can be challenging too but as they build out a UK footprint this will improve I expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving identity across multiple and messy sources of PII to understand our customer base better and create a single source of truth for customer.
Straight Forward Platform for Easy-Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the platform/interface is straight forward and easy to navigate. It makes it easier to learn and use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is an error with an orchestration, we are unable to get an alert about it and therefore I have to be reactivate instead of proactive about issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is combinding all our data from various sources into one unified profile - we havent been able to see a unified profile before.
Good features and easy-to-use interface
What do you like best about the product?
Amperity team is helpful and always provides timely feedback. There are great features and new functionalities on the platform. The interface of segment and campaign portals is user friendly to marketers, especially the visual sql option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sql language needs to be better integrated and aligned with general sql language. Some basic sql commands don't work on their platform.

An excellent CDP solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the best analytics CDP, the data models are very refined and it even integrates well in our ad tech ecosystem. Insights are in real time and the SCV profiles that it creates are highly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be improved. While the integrations they offer a plentiful they can possibly develop some campaign and delivery features. The support resolution time also needs to be worked upon.

We were looking for a CDP solution that could help in customer profile creation by ingesting data from the various sources that we have. Amperity has worked brilliantly for us providing pinpoint actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Pioneers in Stitch through Propreitary, patented ML based probablistic models that truely brings customer records from different systems of records and provides an unified view of customer. Helps us learn more about our own customers that we didnt knew earlier !
What do you dislike about the product?
Modules like AMP IQ needs to expand further inorder to execute marketing campaigns end-to-end in a singulra platform and when done has huge potential to move away / consolidate the martech stack for Enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect various types of data ( online, offline, profile, transactional, behavioural) about each customer across enterprise data sources. Stitch data to resolve individual customer identity to build clean, trusted, standardized and compliant enterprise record.Data is now consumable by relevant business users and can be activated n downstream destinations to fulfill use cases.

The ease of customer segmentation with different attributes.
No coding is needed to segment the users into different category. And one of the best part is we can send these segmented users directly into SFMC as a New DE and can use directly in Email campaigns.

The Knowledge transfer after implemented was little tough. The documentation and training wasnt sufficient enough. Have to dig through and understand.
Request to add more training sessions for "New joinees" for the accounts they have implemented to use the tool more efficiently.
