Probabilistic and Deterministic stitching
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost Structure is a bit cost prohibitive to scale

Bringing multiple sources together and stitching sometimes separate or duplicate profiles together.

What do you like best about the product?
Its machine- learning algorithm. The Profile stitch ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Algorithm is a black box. There is no clearly defined way to validate outputs.

What do you like best about the product?
Better visibility into Customer Cluster and all the facets that make up the customer... The insights from the cluster have helped us optimize the data we ingest to tweak the quality of the customer clusters formed within Amperity
What do you dislike about the product?
While the probabilistic matching algorithms are good, it would have been helpful if the deterministic matching could also be configured into the stitching process using customer handles that we already know as linked.

What do you like best about the product?
Amperity's implementation and post-implementation account teams are excellent. They go above and beyond and help us derive value from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all capabilities are fleshed out. Just because it's in the UI doesn't necessarily mean it's 100% ready to go. Also discourages high usage with pricing tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amperity helps us aggregate our user counts across disparate systems. It also allows us to perform enhanced customer analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The SME Depth and reliable ownership demonstrated on mutual objectives have instilled a sense of comfort. This typically sets in after years into the partnership, which we seem to have reached earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deterministic associations where present, do not seem to have a bearing in the Clusterin, with only the PII based matching determining it.
Data cleansing gaps in PII (where labeled as VOID / Fraud / Null) could be detected and flagged by Amperity, instead of assigning AmpIDs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity Resolution across Customer PII from multiple Accounts and Sources, and assign a single Customer ID.

What do you like best about the product?
Amperity's flexabilty and connetvity capabilities which is core to its ability to support marketing personalization and customer analysis & insights. Amperity can be updated and modified so readily the only thing we have that slows it down is our own data infrastrucres limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their GDPR and CCPA compliance solution works well for incremental data builds but is not very functional for our full daily DB creation. It could use some more options to support this use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity resolution works and is easy to understand, main benefit is marketing automation. Less analytics staff doing manual list pulls and things. This has unlocked our team to focus on more personalization logic which Amperity then powers.

Amperity product really helped to consolidate our customer's records to enhance the capability of tracking an entire customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data usages need to be clear and transparent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to provide a holistic view of the Customer journey when the individual transitions from prospect to customer and provides the ability to identify in multiple systems.
