They just did not collaborate with our organization enough to be worth the cost.

They are able to review activity on the network to identify suspicious activity

Lack of ability to set multiple SOAR exemptions for a single user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detecting risky sign ins from potentially compromised accounts and the SOAR functionality to auto lock / trigger password resets on accounts.
A True Differentiator for Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great to have a solution that we can label as a true “differentiator”

We do have a request in to have a call and investigate why auto lockout didn’t occur in once instance

It is allowing us to truly market as an MSSP with SIEM/SOC/SOAR

Its ability to lockdown and respond to threats.

Way to much noise and you need a degree to read their alerts

Added security for our partners. Having additional layers to keep our partners safe is key to ours and their success.

Great SIEM and SOAR solution
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin notifications, support and assistance with security event analysis is amazing. Great product and staff. They are always adding new APIs and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vunerabiltiy scanning data takes a week to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security orchestration, automation, and response is great. Gives us peace of mind that their SOC is watching and responding 24/7.
Elite Cloud Email Breach Prevention
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin detects cloud email breaches that our email providers do not at nearly any license level from business premium to E5. They run their own analytics which is faster and more accurate than anything else we have. They have saved our hides a few times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please keep doing what you are doing and don’t change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Adlumin as an extension of our team to conduct managed detection and response 24/7. They have done a solid job and been a pleasure to work with.
Great Managed SIEM and SOC Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin checked every box we needed for a small security team including a managed SIEM, endpoint monitoring, and multiple integrations with our current security stack. Pricing was simple and the Support team has been extremely responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some nice-to-have features that aren't currently availalbe like notification customizations and the ability to modify the dashboard layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current EDR does not have SIEM capabilities nor does our team have the resources to monitor a SIEM. Adlumin has filled that gap for us and even overlaps for additional defense in depth layers.
Rockstar Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The compliance and operational reports in Adlumin are next level. Everything from your endpoints, network, and cloud infrastructure can be reported on. They have really done a great job. Highly recommend it.

The Adlumin team is on top of everything, not a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, MDR, XDR, SIEM, and fulfilling our compliance requirements.
Adlumin has been a great MDR partner to our institution.
What do you like best about the product?
Software has been managable with a smaller security staff. Have received excellent support from their team when it's been needed. They also have added several new features to their software at no additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing portal is a bit lackluster, however this is being moved into the portal. Licensing sku's aren't always up to date with resellers.

Adlumin provides us with monitoring software and SOC support for a smaller institution with limited security staff.
