Adlumin gave us more visibility to our network and cloud solution.
What do you like best about the product?
We like everything about the solution we have. Disabling accounts that have been compromised is great specifically when it happens after hours and you don't have enough personall .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think of is when they roll out a new policy to detect things and it starts flagging unharmful things in the system. But by the time we get to it, the issue would be fixed by them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to keep an eye on logs from different vendors when you have a small team. Adlumin added that value with their fast notification if anything was found, and we can set it up to stop the issue from spreading by disabling the account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard. It's very comprehensive of everything I need to see. The ability to dive further into things is also very nice to have. The ability to look into user history and permisions is also very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the managed detection and responses tab can get flooded with alerts that have little detail or are insufficient. Sometimes it seems the system can get confused with computers connected to a VPN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin has provided a good platform and tools for reviewing our systems logs and user activity. It benefited in saving us time and alerting us to suspicious activity.
Great product with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the dashboards are easy to use but full of information, and the amount of features and modules they provide. Adlumin also has great customer service, I've always had a great experience working with their technical engineers or customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downsides. I will say a small suggestion I have is that the alerts we get emailed to us could be formatted more straightforwardly to understand what the alert is about versus trying to figure it out by digging through some detailed information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin is doing an excellent job finding anomalies and sketchy events in our network, which saves me a lot of time. It is for sure benefiting our organization in terms of keeping it secure.
Being Years Ahead of their competetion
What do you like best about the product?
The attention to each opportunity with each area rep has is nothing short of amazing. They are able to assist with questions, and as partners, they see the channel as the best way to stay above the competition
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. The Channel program is amazing, and pricing is more competitive than anyone in the MDR space to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By embracing AI technology and by doing so they have a leg up. The visibility that the console provides a customer with a full view of their network with simple management for them to use it too.
Adlumin provides a perfect fit for our SIEM/SOAR/MDR security needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin has tremendous flexibility, especially the agnostic platform support and multi-tenancy capabilities. The real-time alerting for security events is a significant time saver, rather than tracking down security events across multiple endpoints, firewalls, Active Directory, O365, Google Workspace, devices, etc. Adlumin correlates the telemetry into an easy-to-view dashboard. The SOC Overwatch provides next-tier support and assistance for high and critical alerts. The Adlumin staff has been great to work with; they go the extra mile to understand your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Adlumin has exceeded all of our expectations for a SIEM/SOAR/MDR platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Adlumin, correlating security events was a time-intensive and usually futile practice. With Adlumin ingesting all our telemetry data, we now get accurate alerts in real-time. The SOAR capabilities allow us take action much more quickly for compromised accounts and provide much better visibility on the network.
We have gotten a lot out of Adlumin.
What do you like best about the product?
We have a better picture of our users, changes made to users, and important systems files. We feel we get good SOC service and the additional info about our users and systems is better than what we had before. We like the reports we are able to get.
The support we get from Adlumin has been great. We even have tried the Pen Test and it has been good.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have had one or two events that are a little bit tricky to find the reason for the event and the solution. We had a call about it to discuss with Adlumin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visual of our AD, accounts and systems that we have. We didn't have that before. We use the reports and have just started to use the Pen Test solution they provide.

Easy to install and get going for a SIEM. Great support too when needed.

Nothing really. We're fine with it, but some people may not like it being cloud-based.

Adlumin is a great SIEM for capturing, monitoring and alerting events from all our servers, workstations, and devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports are helpful - ability to schedule and run on demand. The Portal is laid out nicely - easy to get a birdseye view of environment. some value add free offerings have been added, and additional API integrations are onboarded regularly. Adlumin team has provided strong customer service. Overall the solution is Solid .
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't much i can think of. The solution meets our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin is augmenting our staff by keeping eyes on our perimeter 24x7 . The SEIM notifications keep me informed on any traffic / activity anomolies. I have a much better picture of my perimeter activity and endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin provides logging, alerting, SOAR, and investigative capabilities in a user-friendly platform. The company is attentive to customer requests and uses industry trends, observations, and customer feedback to focus on product development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocassionally, maintenance is done at times that impact scheduled functions. We find out about this maintenance after opening support tickets rather than through proactive communication from Adlumin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin provides centralized logging and query for a wide range of systems and applications. Logging this activity allows our security team to respond to built-in and customized alerts as well as perform ad-hoc research. The machine learning and security intelligence features help to identify issues that we might not have otherwise been aware of.
Good product
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice Adlumin can take logs from many different applications, devices. Adlumin is continually adding new features and products, which is always nice to know. Their support team also responds timely and works hard to fix or assist with an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adlumin's report generating tool is difficult to run and create custom reports. I'd like to see Adluminmake improvements to their report portal. If we have 12months worth of archived data it would be nice to be able to pull reports from the full 12 months instead of only 3months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin has checked the box with our regulators for the SIEM product. It has been helpful having all our logs stored in one location to where we can get reported on any abnormal activity with in those devices.
