Good product
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice Adlumin can take logs from many different applications, devices. Adlumin is continually adding new features and products, which is always nice to know. Their support team also responds timely and works hard to fix or assist with an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adlumin's report generating tool is difficult to run and create custom reports. I'd like to see Adluminmake improvements to their report portal. If we have 12months worth of archived data it would be nice to be able to pull reports from the full 12 months instead of only 3months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin has checked the box with our regulators for the SIEM product. It has been helpful having all our logs stored in one location to where we can get reported on any abnormal activity with in those devices.

What do you like best about the product?
One-stop-shop for our organization's security threat level with alerts (SMS, emails & phone calls), reports, dashboards, security breakdown scores, compliance insight & threat intelligence portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new "Adlumin Platform Detection" tool rollout a few months ago had some bugs, but it is running smoothly now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A strong industry-leading SIEM for all our systems. One place for all our logs.

What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin was easy to deploy and provided valuable insights to our small team. Adlumin has an exceptional level of expertise, and their customer service is FANTASTIC! We were also early to deploy their Total Ransomware Defense service, and it has allowed us to rest a little easier at the end of the day knowing we have a solution explicitly targeted at ransomware.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Adlumin. They are always open to suggestions and work quickly to implement changes when possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin allows us to manage insight into our network and cloud applications from one location, increasing our response time and investigation capability.
Adlumin is not like other providers!

Adlumin continues to grow and become a fantastic all around platform for all industries
What do you dislike about the product?
Adlumin works to get alerting and metrics that fit all industries, in a perfect world they would be able to focus on individual industries and build based on that. - But, I believe that is coming!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin previously solved a lot of our issues, such as SIEM, SOAR, Darknet Monitoring, Compliance Reporting, SOC, MDR, Vulnerability Management, and more!

We have shopped for other popular security services and ended up purchasing Adlumin, we have no complaints.

We are utilizing three services from Adlumin at the moment. The services have provided visibility into our environment which has strenghtened our overall security infrastructure.

Adlumin staff is so helpful in any situation, their response time is great and their team is very friendly. Software is easy to use and intuitive.

i receive a lot of emails, i would like to narrow them down.

Working on security best practices within our network and outside the network, which makes our customers happy.

Excellent product and value
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use, built in dashboards are great and the pricing is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a ton of integrations but they have been great with adding new ones to fit our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We barely used our old SIEM due to difficulty getting usable information and the price kept growing. With Adlumin I can jump in and see what I need in minutes.
