Mango apps 5 STARS
What do you like best about the product?
The way it is intuitive and trendy forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the group files can be confusing and training calendar is tough. Signing up for new employees is atrocious, most quit doing and i don’t know why it’s so hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eLearning Accessibility, everyone can get to it on the go.

Great tool for business of any size
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable MangoApps! We were able to customize the teams, projects, and groups to meet our specific needs as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike on MangoApps, it is a great tool for our business. The only part our staff can find difficult to use is the tasks function and syncing the calendars with Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use GoogleDrive for all of our file storage. It has been very nice switching over to MangoApps since our consultants can choose which specific files to sync on their computers and which to access via web only. We also find it very nice that MangoApps is a local company and if we call with an issue there is a real person there to answer the phone/

MangoApps is incredibly customizable and can be built to fit any organization and their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Notifications and Ease of use, The application is very easy to use. Satisfaction is key, being able to get notifications to improve services is critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a feature-rich as we would like. I am looking for a tool to manage hardware, software training, and change management. Mango has most of the features but I am not sure if I have all of the rights to see anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
Mango apps is a great tool for our company to relay communication. Its a very effective tool for us to be in constant contact with our team, a place to house important information, send out updates, do polls, and many many other things. We use it almost as a company facebook, and its made our teams priorities more aligned and fine tuned. The mangoapps team is a great help, providing insight and help, as well as always improving the platform with new software updates
What do you dislike about the product?
There are truly no things i dislike. Building your company page is a long and challenging task, but mangoapps is in the trenches with you guiding you step by step to create something that becomes a massive asset to your team. Anything that a user could dislike can easily be brought to a mangoapps team member, and they will help, teach, and offer solutions,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a communication problem. We have a company of over 150 employees spanning over multiple states. With mangoapps we can effectively communicate what w need everyone to know on a clear and solid platform our team enjoys using. The benefits we notice is everyone is on the same page, and knows where to go when they have a question. The mangoapps offers everything you need to keep your company up to date and running smoothly.

No Recommendations. The mangoapps team works hard to put out software updates and always is looking to improve.

Limited widget design capabilities. Would like to enhance appearance.

Mango allows me to identify users, locations, and get real time updates from people in the company. Mango is our new intranet and the possibilities seem limitless.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that since it is so new, it seems a little foreign. This is normal with any new platform, so not really a Mango issue. More of a "me" issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mango is our central hub for access to HR and payroll info and other applications as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the system not only works to make employee engagement easier but also allows for document storage, polls, surveys, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Syncing between the cloud and desktops is a little clunky and I can't bulk add people to projects.

A great experience this app really does everything and I mean it does A LOT for a minimal cost that can not be beaten. The service and selling staff will listen to what you have to say and help you in any way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be a bit better designed, however it is still nice to look at. The entire system just does not visually seem like a quality enterprise level product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company Intranet, internal messaging, notifications, email, and a bunch more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for something that does pretty much everything you want, plus more, and you do not have the time, money, or knowledge in going with other various softwares then this is for you.

Ease of use/updating, overall project management workflow

I wish it would integrate with other program and files, we would also like the search to be more intuitive without having to tag files with many word variations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Sharepoint for company information and forms, we switch to Mangoapps since Mango is much more user friendly and easier to update and share information within. We have been satisfied with the usage.

Depends on what you need to use it for, we have purchased and solely use the company project and management portion of the program.

calendar feature is clunky. migrating docs from one folder to another isn't easy.
