MangoApps can easily document, search and manage cases. Affordable. I love how the interface matches the Facebook look. The questions, polls, surveys and such give us a better understanding of issues and help with team building. The central notification system in MangoApps was very helpful, as it notifies you of everything at one place. It has given me better access over shared documents and better networking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile side of MangoApps is a bit sluggish. It needs improvement. It would also be appreciated if better emojis were included, that would make the system a little bit less stressful. Tasks can be sorted by unassigned or not started, but no overall not yet finished type sorting to capture all live tasks and a report can't be created from this view only within projects. This just creates a bit more work.
