MangoApps, awesome all in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that this is a very customizable solution with a lot of bang for the buck.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could use a little update but I wouldn't go as far as to say I dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect to a network across multiple time zones, countries, and provide a go to place for the source of truth for all company documents, events, calendars, and promotions

If you want to have a solution with great support, easy to customize, user friendly, and robust enough to store all of your company documents, this is the platform to use.

Affordable, Highly Customizable Platform for Online Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps is highly customizable (almost excessively so!), so you can really build the space however you want. It's primary use is for internal facing intranet purposes, and most of the examples our customer support specialist showed us were related to that use case, but I was able to turn it into a collaboration space for a multi-year, cross-organizational project with relative ease. They also do a fantastic job applying branding to the space, and their tech support team is incredibly responsive, effective and friendly. It's also the best value I found across the market of similar competitors offering the same services (file sharing, calendar management, online collaboration and social functions), and their sales department is really fantastic to work with. On the tech side, I really liked the privacy/permission settings, it made it very easy to customize views and protect certain documents. I also think their templates and page builders were accessible and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are hoping to use the space with external partners who don't have an O365 license, as of right now, I don't think Mango is a good option for file collaboration and co-editing documents. On the Admin side, be prepared for an absolute maze of options in the Admin portal, the tradeoff for having so much customization is losing some of that ease of navigation you find w/ Basecamp or similar options. Additionally, I think success with the platform really depends on the Customer Success Manager you are assigned. Our first manager was pretty horrible, but as soon as we were paired with a competent person, I experienced a total 180 in my use of the platform and the resolution of issues I'd previously been told were "unsolvable." I have nothing but great things to say about my experience of using the platform with the right support team, so definitely don't be afraid to request a reassignment if you're not satisfied with the customer service you're receiving!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mango solved our challenges with file sharing and calendar sharing across 3 organizations using different platforms internally--we were able to unify our collaboration on the particular project we partner on via MangoApps. We were also able to use the space to support collaboration with project clients in smaller sub-projects built within the larger Mango ecosystem.

This product simply works. It puts relevant information at your fingertips, it is easy to control access levels, make changes, view, and transitions are seamless between pages and areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for a top of the line HRIS system, this isn't it- but it does provide a quality interface, directory, and interactions for team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're tying multiple companies together so that staff can communicate, find contact information, and we can store key information- titles, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. in one place. Currently, we are only using some of the capabilities, but are pleased and plan to add more.

I like that I can connect with peers doing similar work and share resources and information all across the country.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike all the notifications and it can be confusing at times

I can connect with people doing a similar role that I otherwise would not be able to. No one else in my organization does exactly what I do, so it’s helpful to see and hear from others in the same role.

Make sure to turn off unwanted notifications!
Powerful and very useful MangoApps, especially for digital solutions, for your organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Smart, which provides efficient file sharing. In the same way, it makes it easier for me to manage documents well, making my work flow more bearable. It offers me a real-time chat and excellent messaging.

Excellent functions, I am satisfied with what it offers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ideal for our organization, which allows us to be in contact with other organizations. We have a diversity of options, which we can interact with on the published content. In the same way, it offers us a modern interface and its navigation is very intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MangoApps is suitable for any organization, it contains a consistent centralized notification system. As well as, powerful campaign sites. It also provides applications for desktop and mobile devices considerably.
Interactions between coworkers are allowed thanks to MangoApps.
What do you like best about the product?
The centralized notification system of MangoApps is great. In such a way, that unread messages notify me from the web application. It also integrates very well with other platforms which helps me a lot to be able to establish a good functioning in general. Another advantage of the program is its interface, it is simple, easy to understand, very well distributed tools and very fluid. I just feel comfortable using MangoApps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to make a few suggestions so that the program is much better in a given time. I want to say that, it is not possible that they did not contain animated Gif, they certainly need to recreate the messages. Also, despite the fact that the notification system is optimal, I consider that it is necessary to work on the descriptions of these notifications, from time to time they do not show a message or say without attached context. The support is not well calibrated in terms of quick responses, sometimes they take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps has definitely been an important piece for the integral collaboration between departments through the messaging system. We adopt a very original and fun communication system, whose function is to interact and solve problems of message transmission. We have been able to increase collective participation and align everyone in the company in the same information stream.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program is recommended to everyone in general, whether for small, medium or large companies. Without a doubt, it is a program that helps to generate matrices or opinion contexts, based on the functionalities that promote communication between the workers of your company. It is very useful and with excellent quality.

The perfect mix to evolve
What do you like best about the product?
This platform combines comfortably with my work style, I can make different surveys that are useful for the creation of a new product. MangoApps has a good synchronization with the web, mobile and desktop application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that when sending a notification MangoApps provide more complete information. Group chat is important, avoid that the application is blocked when it exceeds more than 15K users would make the conversation more fluid and make the platform even more known.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No matter where we are located, MangoApps offers us the opportunity to interact intactly; since we can discover people with whom we can awaken some type of interest that will lead them to consume our products. We also get information not only through surveys, but also from any of the content we share.

MangoApps has the best tools that become the perfect combination for the company; It is characterized by all those opportunities that provide us with a single click. We have no doubt that this application will help us to grow even more, it helps us to make ourselves known through our products and to innovate because with its use we know the new needs that users have.
