What do you like best about the product?

I work with Bright as part of the Bright Initiative, a university partnership program. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Bright to anyone looking to perform web scraping. Since using Bright, I've never had to worry about IP bans, captcha challenges, or webmasters reporting my university for 'malware' access to their sites. Bright's proxy is dependable, fast, and simple to configure. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve any issues that may arise.

What do you dislike about the product?

They upgraded their documentation page making it harder to find the sample code than before. Hopefully, they will fix this soon.
