A good tool for Data Pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
SnapLogic is easy to use, even for someone who is new to data tools. Its drag-and-drop features help me build data pipelines quickly without writing a lot of code. The implementation of SnapLogic was very smooth and quick. I didn’t spend much time setting it up, and I was able to start building pipelines right away.
The integration with other systems like databases, cloud storage, and APIs was also very easy. It saves me time and helps me do my work faster. My frequency of use has increased over time, Now I rely on SnapLogic for most of my daily data tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to debug sometimes when something goes wrong in the pipeline. The error message is not always clear, so it takes time to understand the problem. Also, if I am are working with large data or complex logic, the performance is a bit slow. Some snaps also have limited options.
It is sometimes confusing for new users to understand how different snaps work together. There is documentation, but sometimes it's not clear enough for few problems. I also noticed that some updates change snap behavior, and it affects existing pipelines. Customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes longer to get a response.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic is helping me solve the problem of moving and combining data from different sources. Earlier, doing this used to take a lot of time and effort, especially when working with APIs, CSV files, and cloud storage. With SnapLogic, I can create pipelines that pull, process, and send data automatically.
It also helps reduce manual work and errors. I can schedule jobs, monitor them, and fix issues quickly. This saves time and allows me to focus on other tasks. The platform makes data integration faster and smoother, which helps my team get clean and ready-to-use data every day.

Effective,easy-to-use and non-programmers friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Many best things about this platform. But the most best thing I personally like is the drag and drop UI of snaps and low code interface. Have been using this from 5-6 years and now the great feature SnapGPT helped me in automate my pipelines creation and integrating new block of snaps into my pipeline that generated from SnapGPT .And need to appreciate the customer support response time, when things gone down they helped with quick resolutions.Support data transformation using expressions in mappers and scripts snaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is no Change data capture snap for databases like aws and others, most of my pipelines fails by saying snap memory issue and memory exhaust of snaplex node ,this makes to retry running the pipelines multiple times and notifying users with pro failures .

The snaplogic IIP is solving complex and large data ingestion from various sources with effective time and with real time data streaming ,this enabling for improving my productive time.

sometimes snaplogic hangs while adding snaps. snaps change colour frequently in the last 3 months too many updates

The learning curve for advanced features can be steep for beginners. Error messages sometimes lack detailed context. Making troubleshooting slightly difficult

Debugging feels so tricky also cant be able to see the data if we don't have access to the Environments.

Very intuitive and not too difficult to pick up. This tool offers a large variety of capabilities and on the whole makes it easy to integrate different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training materials are quite boring and could be more interactive. UIs seem a bit outdated although improvements have been made recently. Other themes would be good, i.e. dark mode.

Seamlessly integrating multiple applications - makes orchestrating all of this much easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Its is a one tool that has one unique character where i can develop all my sl flows very quickly in no time. I am able to reduce the delivery time by 10x. The genAI feature is next level feature

Every thing looks great in this tool, may be the new dashboard is not as easy as the old but its not a deal breaker
