Sometimes its unreliable. We have encountered sometimes pipelines not triggered on scheduled times

What do you like best about the product?
Snaplogic is very user-friendly and complex problems can be easily solved. Customer support is always reachable if in case we stuck somewhere. I use Snaplogic in my project frequently for integration of Anaplan, workday and other databases. And Finally snaplogic is very friendly to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of snaplogic i have observed till now is that sometimes website gets hung and we will need to refresh the whole browser to resume and some of our unsaved work will be loosed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problems solved using snaplogic is the data integration and solving all complex functions with available snaps itself

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of use as we don't need to train employees for using the snaps and logics.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX can be better, it feels like the UI/UX is pretty old.

Snaplogic IIP - Best Integration tool

What do you like best about the product?
Snpalogic has been a great tool so far for integration in our projects with much ease of use :
1. It is very easy to use and provides much better user interface.
2. Imeplemention of the pipelines for any requirement is easy to achive.
3. Snaplogic provides loads of features and has list of snaps to chose from based on your requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though snaplogic has loads of features to provide and implemetation ease of use, but there are certain issues which impacts in some scenarios :
1. Using long queries to fetch redshfit data , it takes loads of time and some times fails in between abruptly.
2. For long running pipelines, we most of the time get Snaplex lost connection, which needs manual restart and takes lots of time and effort.
3. Sometimes debugging the failed instances takes lots of manual debugging time and gets hard to interpret the actual issue with the snaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Snaplogic is helping us in bulding large scale and robust pipeline for ETL transformations of the data from source and applying custom data transformations. Its very helpful and beneficial in implementing large scale pipelines.

Recently, we completed a POC where we fetched data from Snowflake and sent it to the Airtable app. The integration was implemented smoothly and efficiently.

I enjoy how SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform lets customers eassy to integrate different apps, data, and services quickly and effectively by streamlining complex integrations with a no-code interface. which is ease to implementation and frequent uesage additionally, its flexibility ,scalability Customer support are important advantages. nowadays we using this snaplogic very effectively

A drawback of SnapLogic IIP is that it can be challenging to set up for non technical users

Time consuming integrations across multiple systems and data sources it will helps us by automating data workflows, reducing manual coding, and enabling faster, more seamless connections between on premises and cloud applications

What do you like best about the product?
Effortless integration with any and all pertinent information within an organization, including data from both outside and inside sources, will be the added benefit of performance efficiency in business processes. This will mean that in future no concerns whatsoever can be raised in large projects alongside other systems often used in development in this sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
SnapLogic software is user-friendly, even though it can be somewhat pricey for smaller businesses. Unfortunately, its functionality is only powerful when you get the hang of it, which means users new to it will have a bit of a learning curve to him/her to climb up to the advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic has the blessing and the curse of bringing every data source and application under a single processing platform using automation methods-to make operational workflows seamless and productive and to allow data-driven decision-making at the team level faster.

Snaplogic - A rich integration platform allow everyone to contribute

What do you like best about the product?
The most thing I like is the AWS snaps, REST snaps , JSON snaps using which we can do the most of the required things. Integration between APIs and setup of standard authentication flows like OAuth are very easy to setup and use. AWS services integration is very easy and smooth. Third party integration via REST become very useful in daily life and allows us to separate core product and other integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
PDF parser snap is not very useful. It doesn't parse every PDF correctly. Pipeline validation upon saving. It is not updating the output of each snap on every validation which sometimes confuse user. MongoDB snap and its account configuration is slightly typical and confusing which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product we have many third party system integration. With snaplogic we are able to integrate them without changing code and frequent code deployment. We are creating pipeline for their integration and gather the required data and put them in DB. This allows faster integration, frequent changes and easily managable. As a developer this allow us to maintain core product intact and manage other integrations separately.

What is our primary use case?

I mainly use it for data integration and some API tasks.

What is most valuable?

I find the reusability and the snaps to be very valuable features. There are quite a lot of snaps that are pre-delivered and available for use. The level of control in terms of the granularity of process control is quite good. 

I also like the whole child-parent pipeline feature; it allows me to break up a process into smaller pieces and then have one big pipeline that controls these smaller pipelines.

What needs improvement?

I am quite happy with the solution and do not have specific requirements at the moment. I tend to frequently communicate with SnapLogic to ask for additional features, and they have been responsive. While new features are always welcome, I do not have anything else at the top of my mind currently.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used the solution for three or four years.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate customer service an eight and a half out of ten.

How was the initial setup?

For me, the initial setup is simple. I have used both an on-premises solution and the platform-as-a-service option, and both are quite straightforward.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The setup cost would be four or five. There would be only one point of improvement if the price could be lower.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I considered MuleSoft and found SnapLogic to be cheaper and their offering to be a lot less complex. There is not a lot of pricing, processing, the number of things, or other complicated aspects.

What other advice do I have?

I can recommend SnapLogic to other users and the product overall. Overall product rating is nine out of ten.
