perfect to launch feature at a scale
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and adding new config is very swift.
The new UI just got lauched which increases the asthetic and functionaly very much. You can also schedule your config change.
The SDK is also readily available for many languages for implementing your config. It's also very easy to intergrate, via SDK key to get started.
We this LD daily for managing features at scale. The customer technical support is available to help you intergrate SDK if required.

What do you dislike about the product?
In some project, not able to edit rule title.

We are able to ship feature at incredable speed with help of LauchDarkly.

What do you like best about the product?
LaunchDarkly provides a significant amount of (useful) features that span over the entire the feature lifecycle.: progressive feature rollout, kill switches, experimentation ... I like that concepts are well-strutured and best-practices are documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its richness, LaunchDarkly can be a bit complex.Training is needed in order to really leverage it. I'm wondering if there are ways to make to product simpler to use...

LaunchDarkly helps us with feature rollout management across environements and across user segments. It standardizes how we release features in our organization.
Best practice in implementation of new features and maintenance of existing ones
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily configure the feature flag for several environments. Implement custom triggers for it. Wide range of supportable programmming languages to implement the feature flagging to the existing projects. We're using the LaunchDarkly feature flags almoust in each of our projects in various ways. Our Day-to-day assistant.

Sometimes required to create a fasade between the driver from a lib to a existing project.

It is solving the problem of maintaining the features at one place, earlier it was scattered and difficult to maintain and cordinate. Now as it is at a single place it is easy to maintain.

It was hard to use initially, but once we got the hang of it, we were fine!

Testing features without all the risks to our customer base.
Deploying faster with Launchdarkly
What do you like best about the product?
As a backe-end developer, LaunchDarkly has increased the confidence and cadence of my deployments as I know rely on flags to easily preserve the old code while making sure that the rollback is a matter of a click. This has helped me a lot, specially for legacy code migrations, where all phases need to happen cautiously. Didn't know of the existance of migration flags when doing the first one, now I willing to try it out (docs are also grea)

New UI could make navigation for a flag through the environments confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster deployments for new features and that it makes easier to test different scenarios within the different environments, increasing confidence in my deployments
