It's easy to integrate with from an API perspective

Managing monthly tax rule updates and patches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TaxCalc and returns for Streaming customer invoices - deals with the complex nuances of zip by zip level taxes which would be too time consuming for us to manage ourselves

I like the system is User Friendly iand the intergated products
What do you dislike about the product?
Verbiage between modules should be the same. If you use the would "entity" however you are entering the "taxpayer" code. There are more critical areas in which need improvemtents however easiest example I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently there is no solutions in which Vertex is solving other than automation. We are looking into plus tools to assist with one area of issue in hopes it will resolve to make our department more efficient.

Accurate claculations for sales/use and VAT. Vertex Enrprise is helping consoldation info from various channels and optimized , efficient commplaince and audt support

Sometimes when entering certificates some of the information doesn't save and you have to go back and fill in what didn't save. Time consuming.

Networking, food, friendly staffs, the presenters are knowledgable. This is a great opportunity to learn tax and technology at the same time.

Vertex O Series is a robust product with flexible/custom functionality. Easy to use and their tax matrix with tax rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertex Q is very manual and no tax matrix. Need to research all the laws before setting up.

It is solving over accruals and more accurate tax calculation.

On occasion, support tickets can take longer than expected to be resolved when they need to be escalated to different teams. But overall, support is great.

SAP tax reporting is enhanced by Accelerator tools.
