What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user friendly Vertex is when it comes to configurations and understanding how to navigate to areas I would like. Generally if a ticket on a question is submitted, we get a response from the team promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tax Rules can be difficult to follow/time consuming to discover when you're searching specifically for industry specific rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertex is allowing me to help clients streamline their sales & use tax processes in a simple way.

It is difficult upgrading from Vertex Q to Vertex O. I wish it was easier.

Tam. Having a direct contact is nice. Would be nice if they could also submit tickets on our behalf.

Slow ticket response. Tickets tend to sit for over a week.

What do you like best about the product?
Versitility and and ease of use. Coming from Vertex L to Vertex O has been an amazing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process is quite extensive. While it is necissary, we are looking forward to a solution to this problem that we found out just today during our session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing our tax decision making process into the 21st century. Allowing us to calculate more accurately many local and specific use case taxes that currently we are handling manually. Looking forward to getting to use a tax engine that handles and resolves many of the pain points we have currently.
