Missing Key Features
There is no petalinux or Vitis on this image which is annoying as yes we will be using vitis_hls in the future but for quick mock up by running up a server image this does not suite my needs and likely many others in the FPGA development industry.

For SW Development we offer the Vitis AMI here: https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B08VRL7HHY?ref_=srh_res_product_title We split the two so that do not have to worry about Vitis if you are only working on the HW side. Hopefully that meets your needs.
