What do you like best about the product?
First we need to talk about telemetry and behavior analysis, I believe this is the main thing and should always be the total focus of any XDR tool.
I really like the attack surface visibility, compromised accounts, vulnerabilities, activities and behavior.
I also really like the playbook automation and incident response tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sandbox needs to be improved, possibility to analyze binaries and executables.
Handling false positives also needs to take a special look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better visibility
possibility of automating actions through playbooks
ability to isolate compromised endpoints
integrations with various security solutions
visibility of vulnerabilities
visibility of compromised accounts
behavior visibility
in-depth investigations
quick mitigation of CVEs

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feather is XDR Threat Investigation. The cases are broken down very easily and save allot of time when investigating an incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to pull reports in csv formats to help with tailored reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidates all our alerts and helps us detect threats in our environment very easily. I am more productive due to the XDR putting all the required information together.

In-depth view of resources and threats

What do you like best about the product?
I like the event correlation and grouping in single incidents, plus the deep insight into execution profile really helps tracking infections remotely. The user interface is under continous development with new features being added frequently and released as a preview too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for the security analyst is so full of features that you might be missing something very useful just because it's buried deep down the menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With XDR we can quickly locate, intercept and block suspiscious activities on thousands of endpoints with minimal human effort. The Virtual Patching feature comes to the rescue for those legacy systems that cannot be patched or updated without costly and lengthy redesign.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal seems to be improving after every update. We have a great holistic view of all our VMS in our test and production environments. The portal has been very insightful toward various aspects that need to be fixed within our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the current stage, I could only wish there was a way that Trend could detect unprotected servers (Servers without agent)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an active antivirus solution that is able product our organization from Malware and Trojans. We are still in the phase of expanding the functionality to suit our organization .

What do you like best about the product?
-Allows us to assess our security posture in real-time
-Workbenches give us meaningful, actionable, logs to mitigate potential andactive security issues

I have no real experience with other platforms in order to compare however.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that this is necessarily a downside, but the complexity of XDR is both a good and bad thing at times.

It would be nice if there were more wizardy bits, for the endpoint exclusions perhaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a SIEM so Vision One is giving us great visibility of our estate. It means we have more work to do, but, with XDR we can point managment to alerts, logs, issues ect that help us build a case for more resources to tackle these issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) is a reliable tool that can detect changes within the installed machines and promptly alerts us on the incident. This leads to a better and more useful incident response cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) doesn't currently have the capabilities to isolate the machine from the network or the ability to get the malicious files for further assessments - we manually have to pull the data. It would be great if we can get the malicious file and analyze it within Trend in a sandboxed manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) is solving the problem of having a better Incident Response Cycle. We are able to accurately measure what incident is having a higher priority and wether the malicious files are quarantined or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy threat hunting, and has good filtering. Has executive report so we can provide dashboard and show overall health to our IT director. Surface scanning can scan your external resources. Also, we like O365 integration and security playbooks. Quick and competent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing menu on the first week of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated from another solution and it was a breeze. Now we have a stable system that has O365 integration and very simple yet powerful search and filtering. Now we are able to respond and investigate much more quicker.
