One Engine to maintain all DB
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility it gives to maintain all DB from one application. Also saving the script in the DB saves a lot of time on repetitive queries.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX seems a bit outdated. Improvement in that aspect would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to maintain multiple types of DB from one application. Removes the hassle of installing multiple apps.
A fair good software for all databases UI usage
What do you like best about the product?
It supports multiple databases at the same time without changing to other databases UI is very handy for any backend developer. Identifies the type of color code for development or testing or production environment as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since DBeaver runs on Java Virtual Machine, it ends up eating a lot of RAM while the application is running. Autocomplete is very slow and not smart enough to pick the value by itself. Bit confused icon design for sometimes I am not sure where I am looking for what I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For querying as well as performing CRUD operations in the database side we need a UI that DBeaver solves where multiple databases can be connected from a single application UI. This makes it helpful for not looking for multiple application UI like SQL developer or Tode at the same time.
Access every DB in one app
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is amazing if you use databases.
It let's me access tons of different databases from different vendors (MS-Sql, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLite, etc.), displays ER diagrams even when the DB doesn't have a schema, automatically adds aliases to tables, displays data on tables (selecting a predefined amount of records), shows the objects properties an a ton of other functions, I absolutely love it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still was unable to find any issues with the tool, yes, I would like to view all properties together, but it's just a gimmick.
Also one of the beauties, generating SQL actions for a table (like select, insert, update, etc) is only on the enterprise version

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use different databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and I need a different tool for each, also, some of our DBs don't have a schema, so for new team members, getting to know the tables and their relationships is difficult, and also stuff like having to manually list all the fields you want on large tables takes time.
Having DEAVER makes my life easy in those areas and in any other related to databases.

Amazing tool with huge variety of supported databases

The best thing: I can have any number of databases(SQL, Postgres, SQLite, and much much more) running on the same client with no hassle. It avoids us installing different clients for different databases that saves your time and storage.

The dashboard provided by dbeaver is kind of "meh". It's somehow not user-friendly and one could have trouble setting up different dashboards. The session manager is also not up to the mark.

I don't have any negatives to tell about this tool because it works well for what we use it for; Sometimes, query execution takes a long time to fetch the data. Also, It would be great if it had an export feature.

I can get easily connect to any database easily and view all types of data schemes. Cleaning data is more accessible—analyzing and querying across all the databases.
