Nastel is the best server and apps performance tracking tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Nastel has very well designed UI which is very modern.Its one of the best tool to check apps and server performance. Alert and notifications are always trusted and sent on time for the support team to take quick action. Nastel has th best design dashboard which gives us a quick overview of what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has no failures or crashes.Its has offered us very great service. No dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nastel is very stable monitoring tool. It's pricing is very affordable compared to other applications. Technical support is very knowledgeable about this application which makes it easier to use the application . Alerts and notifications are sent on time

What do you like best about the product?
Nastel provides multiple ways to monitor our serves and application. Modern and very powerful dashboard to monitor everything in one place. Nastel enables us to track and follow logs in real-time. The filter function is great that lets one to filter out errors for quick analysis.

Nothing negative so far about the performance of this application. It's has been super user friendly and highly reliable.

Nastel has very wonderful customer support team that is available anytime. User interface is very modern that make it easier for users to use the application . Analytics and reports are very detailed and easy to understand for any user.

Nastel is an excellent system and one of best in the market for easy analysis of the system performance. It's offers real time monitoring of our servers health and send a notification or alert when something wrong happens. It's analytics skills with AI-powered that enables the system to process large amount of data.

Nastel has been extremely helpful system when monitoring our applications performance. It's have very minimal downtime and the technical support is very supportive .No dislike.

Nastel is the leading application for performance monitoring in the industry. It allows us to have a real-time monitoring and get instant notifications when our servers goes down. It is a great and super amazing application since it's able to monitor our website performance and detect any issues in very early stages. It has an easy-to-use interface which makes it easy to access and manage.

It's well designed to monitor the performance of different APIs and aslo which front-end page is making our applications slower. Nastel has very decent user interface which is easy to navigate . It's has easily customizable dashboards. I like how supportive their technical team is and they are able to sort us very fast when we have an issue.

Technical support team is very supportive and they are knowledgeable about their product. Configuration was quite simple and aslo it's was easier to train users. It's have detailed reports which are easier to understand and analyze.

My favorite managing, monitoring and tracking tool for IBM MQ
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a new way to monitor the performance of the environment based on our middleware. I've been looking for a solution that would allow me to see a complete overview of the entire system and in a fast, accurate and efficient way Nastel has helped me achieve it. The integration with IBM MQ is very good and the truly powerful capabilities of their data management is a huge pro for Nastel Autopilot. Through this comprehensive ecosystem monitoring, We was able to provide detailed reports to directors and the investors, seamlessly and easily with the ability to move data across the platform is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workgroup Security Manager lacks some functionality as it is unable to run reports and does not allow for a read-only mode. Bugs took a long time to be fixed in the past. For example, we had troubles with Navigator for Chrome - it was unavailable for over a year. Also, I couldn't delegate the alert development because of its complexity.

We were looking for a solution that could integrate all our systems, monitor and manage everything from the cloud and provide real-time analytics to the company and we found this. Nastel is a system that puts all your data in the cloud, making it available to everyone and letting you monitor, manage and generate analytics from it. This is a great solution for any company that wants to make sure that its data is safe, secure, reliable, and always available.
