Easy to integrate with Cloud applications and enhance perfamance with fast transaction tracking and great analytical functionalities to make informed data-driven decisions. Higly reliable solution to rapidly investigate root cause problems to all operational inefficiencies across our networks and ensure complete customer sastifaction.

Easy to implement and to conduct self-service onfiuguration management and automatically improve the workflow of critical business legacy systems migration to Cloud.

The issues on this software i had nothing at all through my entire working experience with Nastel platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely simple middleware management and easy to provide accurate data analytics production and the data mining via Nastel is production.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nastel was easy and no training was required and the implement was simple through technical support team was very helpful.

Nastel has come up with advanced business processes tracking models. It offers full view of all workflows across all the applications in the entire company. Configuration process of all working tools has been successful with Nastel administration tools.

There is no failure case observed since we deployed Nastel in the company. It has met the set company roles with reliable performance throughout.

Nastel has helped the management team in collecting and analysing performance data for the purpose of improvement. It tracks the networking infrastructure of sharing information and files. The customer ordering process has been updated with automated tools that enhance faster and effective service delivery.

Nastel is very responsive server performance management platform with excellent integration functionalities which makes it simple to connect to other platforms like AWS, Azure and also RedHat systems for better services production.

What do you like best about the product?
Nastel offers a wide variety of solutions to our business and helps us expand our reach. Xray helps in keeping a complete track record of each transaction and provides information on any anomalies and instantly identifies the root cause.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything in particular however the UI needs a lot of improvement and getting started with Nastel, in the beginning, has a bit steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Nastel Xray for transaction tracking for the complete order journey and identifying issues before they affect our customers. Also middleware monitoring.

The most powerful solution for determining and linking transaction performance. Mostly Navigator is helpful in MQ messaging process. More UI friendly.
