What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support service is fantastic and readily available via phone calls, emails or slack conversations. By employing automation we save a lot of time that would have been spent manually delivering messages to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per lead for processing leads in Pipes can negatively impact the profit margins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
