Really helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Much clearer view of costs, with weekly emails about how they're moving

When using an AWS organisation, sometimes the views between AWS and Vantage require a little configuration to make sure that they correspond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful to provide a single pane of glass for managing cloud cost over time

Quickly able to slice/dice AWS cloud costs, ability to drill down and ability to group costs by team using existing labels

Not a whole lot to complain except the UI takes some time getting used to

What do you like best about the product?
The Cost Reports give us a clear, at-a-glance view of our AWS spend across accounts and services, making it easy to spot trends and stay on budget. The EC2 Instance Comparison tool is a real standout—it’s not just useful for EC2, but also helps us evaluate EKS, RDS, and Elasticache decisions. It’s become an essential part of how we optimize infrastructure while keeping costs in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is excellent overall, but some advanced insights can feel a bit high-level. Occasionally, we wish there were deeper drill-downs or more granular recommendations in certain areas. That said, the core features more than make up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vantage helps us get real visibility into our cloud costs without the manual effort of pulling together spreadsheets or parsing raw AWS billing data. It simplifies cost monitoring across multiple accounts, which keeps us on budget and makes it easier to forecast spend. The optimization tools, especially the EC2 Instance Comparison, help us make smarter infrastructure decisions that directly lower costs and improve efficiency. Overall, it saves our team time and ensures we’re using our cloud resources in the most cost-effective way.
Effortless Cloud Spend Tracking That Actually Makes a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
Vantage genuinely makes cloud cost management so much simpler. The interface is clean and easy to use, even for those of us who aren’t financial experts.
Getting everything set up was fast, and connecting to our cloud accounts only took a few clicks, apart from some bare-metal small cloud ones.
What really stands out is the way it brings together costs from different providers into one clear dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
It still can’t pull in data from every service we use. Some integration with multiple providers is also a bit hard, when I want to get all costs for a single tag (that is distributed across different providers) it's quite hard, I need to manually create a meta tag and do some funny business there

The Single Pane of Glass We Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Vantage does a great job of consolidating all our cloud bills into one clean, easy-to-understand dashboard. Before, trying to track costs between GCP and Databricks was a manual chore. Now, we have granular visibility. The recent improvements, like the nested tag drill-down, make it even easier to slice our cost data by team and product without building complex filters. Highly recommend for any startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no complaints about the functionality so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Vantage solves for us is getting a single, clear view of our spending across a fragmented multi-cloud environment. Before Vantage, trying to consolidate our bills from AWS, GCP, and Databricks was a manual process using spreadsheets. It was slow, inefficient, and always out of date.Vantage solves this by giving us a single pane of glass. The primary benefit is the massive time savings for me, but more importantly, it gives our leadership an accurate, real-time understanding of our costs.
The second problem it solves is cost attribution. We can now use their reporting and virtual tagging to see exactly which teams and projects are driving our spend. This has fostered a culture of cost awareness and ownership among our developers.
Finally, with Actionable Recommendations, we're not just viewing data—we're actively saving money by quickly identifying and terminating idle resources with the copy-paste commands they provide.

What do you like best about the product?
Vantage stands out for its ease of use - the dashboards are clean and intuitive, which makes cost visibility simple. The wide range of features, especially the savings recommendations, add real value. I also appreciate how easily it integrates with existing cloud providers and services, which makes it seamless to bring everything into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could improve is having more advanced customization in the cost reports and recommendations. At times, the insights feel a bit generic, and tailoring them more closely to workload patterns would be very useful. Also, since I haven’t interacted with customer support yet, I can’t comment on that experience

Vantage is helping us tackle the challenge of cloud cost visibility. Instead of manually digging through billing data, we get clear dashboards that break down spending by service and project. This makes it much easier to identify underutilized resources, act on savings recommendations, and optimize usage. The result is more control over costs and faster decision-making.

Great Product, Reasonable Price and Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view AWS spend and make sense of all charges, provides recommendations on services that are being billed but not utilized, shows tons of historical data and allows for filtering, implementation/integration was very simple

The portal is relatively simple but it does take some time to understand how the filtering works best

Single Pane of Glass across Multi Vendor Cost Confusion
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for Vantage to in multiple clouds across multiple orgs and slice and dice the data is impressive. It helps me and my clients control costs simply, eliminating the need for complex Excel documents or custom API reporting (which we could have developed).
Being able to bring accounts in from Clouds and build custom reorting groups (Org Wide, Dept etc) allows us to track and find data. The weekly emails allow pacing on budget and spot the odd ones out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the systems were limited, but now, with the addition of custom providers, you can bring in any data relevant to your team.
The cost, initially seeming steep, becomes more understandable as usage increases, particularly when encountering runaway NAT gateways in AWS. The savings add up.

Being able to merge costs across multiple AWS Orgs and bring this into a single pane of glass was the main use case.
Then once we had the data being able to see wastage and then jump onto it ASAP is where the additional value came.

Cost reporting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using Vantage has provided our company quicker and easier visibility into our AWS spend, quickly highlighting areas of overspend. The platform already paid for itself. Ready to use terraform modules made this a smooth implementation within our pre-existing IaC.
What do you dislike about the product?
More providers would be nice, for instance we use Aiven which is a relatively well known solution but not natively available on the platform.

Higher costs visibility and team-based cost reporting.
