Low code with power of Robotics - love it
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of development using its low code platform, speed of delivery and faster way of building multiple features is what I love. Integrations capability of this BPM tool gives you ease of implementation when working with multiple applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are various features for which Appian is yet to mature and for them one need to create plugins. It would be great to see some OOTB features built for them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working for a client automating their loan services using Appian. Requests come thick and fast to create a portal for a borrower and Appian's low code has been used to deliver these portals quickly and efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Appian has variety of features like automation, AI, process model, data fabrication, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't front end design of appian it's pretty much same design and menus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using appian functions and features development is made simple and efficient
High on quality ui and low on code
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to spin off a Ui screen At best. Formulas, workflows, Database Readiness, worked on Prem hosting and great software patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software patching on Prem takes a lot if time , Minimum 20 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business orchestration and reverse engineering existing applications to low code Solutions.

Ai Capabilities and RTO and RPO along with high availability

Appian's low-code platform is popular for its ease of use, integration capabilities, rapid development, process automation, and scalability, making it ideal for quickly creating and deploying business applications and improving operational efficiency.

Nothing in particular and hope they can continue to enhance their solution to support all our future needs.

Appian is the way!
What do you like best about the product?
Appian is the only way is our internal mantra at our organization. We are shifting to streamline all requests going through Appian. we can track, clone, and view client information and case creation seamlessly and have better visibility into our requests. it's easy to implement across all teams. they have great customer support and we now use this every day multiple times a day. this was easily integrated into our system and works well with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
like any software system its always hard to deal with change management but once you get in there and use it you quickly forget the old ways or other tools that were used previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian is bringing our departments together and allowing us to get away from manual documents by creating online forms and tracking.
Appian and its limitations with low code
What do you like best about the product?
Appian makes it incredibly easy for a small amount of developers to create a large application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although low code is something that Appian touts and pushes for, almost every developer uses solely the expression editor which means there is a great need for writing code but Appian doesn't support that as much when it comes to things like ui for the expression editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian is helping us solve how we have any clients with many different needs

People expect that is low code and quick to develop. Not true for complex apps.
