No doubt the best BPM platform ever.
What do you like best about the product?
Appian is easy to learn and quickly start solving problems. It is also very powerful and supports very complex business use cases without the need to write custom code. It also cuts design time significantly with many cool features such as fantastic mobile apps with no additional effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Appian is the license cost.

Report capabilities, no integrations with version control.

I can't use it for everything the business asks for because I don't have enough developers.

Replacing aging platforms with incremental process automation. We have retired a number of applications with a fully integrated solution.
